BUY BYE MOTORS

Responded immediately! Addressed all of my questions

To add to my daughter Emily's review, she bought this car on her own, hey first big adult decision without mama, so I didn't interfere. When she first brought the car home, we did a visual inspection and found that the car had clearly been in multiple accidents, compromising the integrity and safety of the vehicle. I'm surprised this car had never been totaled it was so bad. We sent the seller an email informing her of our concerns within 72 hours of the purchase. We got no response. I would not let my daughter drive this car. I had an inspection done that revealed that there were issues with the brakes that was potentially dangerous. At this point I wanted to get rid of this car and was hoping the seller would be amiable to working out something. No response. My daughter finally decided she would have some of the issues fixed so said could at least drive car and took it to the shop. They replaced the brakes, pads. Calipers, Rotors, lines etc. This was $800 in repairs. She picked the car up only to have it break down on her way home. So back to the shop, and as she said now has been informed that it needs a new engine to the tune of $2400. This car is not worth investing this much into it. She has already spent $4300 on it and let's say it's more valuable as scrap. This was a CHILD that she sold this very unsafe, unreliable car to. She advertised it as a perfect car FOR children. I guess perfect in hopes that they were to naive and trusting to see what a piece of junk it was. Now my daughter is out $4300 and still has no vehicle and will likely have to pay to have this thing to be taken to the junkyard where it should have gone in the first place. I am very disappointed that they could at least not work with my daughter on this, and instead ignored her. Shame on you BuyBye Motors.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL SELL YOU A BROKEN CAR WITH MAJOR PROBLEMS TO THE POINT THE CAR WILL JUST BE BETTER OFF SCRAPPED and they know this before they even sell it to you but to explain my story I bought a 2012 Audi A3 from them an upon the test drive a check engine light game on and I was told it had something to with the hood which obviously I was lied too about after taking it to a shop it ended up needing a new water pump the timing belt needed to be adjusted the coolant tank was cracked it needed new break pads and tires and after most of that was replaced we were notified we’d also need to buy a new engine entirely so after getting the car for 6000$ then putting in already around 2500$ for repairs and new parts the car was basically worth nothing more than scrap value it didn’t even last till the end of the year they’re a shady company that will lie to you about the cars and it’s problems an let you enjoy the burden they refused to fix before selling you the car and even the mechanics at the dealership said they’re 99% sure they wiped the computer in my car so it would take longer for me to start noticing the problems to get a quick buck they simply do not care about you or your problems and they will simply act like they care by making up a fake sob story by trying to relate with you by talking about her kids. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE YOUVE BEEN WARNED.
