When I first got my car the customer service was good from Jovonta but Brian came around and was rude but I brushed him off. Once I got my car I fell inlove with it but once I asked to get serviced the run around started happening. 2 months later my car motor is knocking so that means it's gone , I call up there they telling me get it towed there I waited til I got back from my vacay today May 30 to get my car towed I go up there Brian's now saying I have to get it shipped to the Hyundai dealership , didn't offer a loaner car or anything to accommodate me. Me with my car Feb 25 2025 and my car being towed May 30 2025 so sad

My son I still currently waiting to get his tag. He’s been getting the run around. No one answers the phone at all. And at this point I’m about to call the authorities about this matter. He can drive without proper registration on his car. He’s had this car since March!!

if i could leave no stars i would! I don’t recommend this dealership at all, they’re very unprofessional & not helpful. i’ve had my car for almost two months & i still haven’t received my tag in the mail. i was told it was issued when i purchased the vehicle but it couldn’t have been if it takes two weeks for it come in the mail. i was told i could get a extension for my temporary tag so i drove 2 hours to do so but couldn’t when i got there due to them issuing the tag yesterday. what a waste of time, i wouldn’t get another car from this dealership again & if you’re interested in a car from them think again & try a real dealership.
