DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! “Unacceptable Service and Dishonesty” If I could leave zero stars, I would. Listen, a hardworking mother of five, purchased a vehicle from CARS R US OMG, only to find out it was a complete lemon. The check engine light came on immediately at the lot, and when she inquired, they brushed it off as nothing. Within DAYS, the vehicle broke down, leaving her stranded with her young children. Despite multiple calls and emails, the dealership has failed to respond, take responsibility, or refund her money. They’ve kept the truck and provided no resolution. This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional but also unethical. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value honesty and accountability in a car dealership.
