Cars R Us

Quick and easy business. Didn’t try to persuade me in any direction. And even got real close to the price I wanted to pay for the truck, was definitely a fair deal. Thank y’all for the truck. Seen where someone else review thanked the elderly Black man and I wanted to do the same he was over the top nice and made sure anything I needed was handled or handed me off to the person that could. Down to earth man and seemed like a genuine good person thank you.

Excellent customer service and I would recommend them if youre looking for no hidden cost pricing affordable payments

Got my car from them, I’ve had it for a year. No problems with vehicle, great customer service, even if I’m a little late sometimes. And the down payment was decent. I’m now purchasing car #2 today

Josh is the best salesman ever. He gave me a great deal. The customer service was excellent with the entire staff. Ken the owner thank you so much for the great deal you and Josh are awesome. If you need a good car go to Car R Us.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! “Unacceptable Service and Dishonesty” If I could leave zero stars, I would. Listen, a hardworking mother of five, purchased a vehicle from CARS R US OMG, only to find out it was a complete lemon. The check engine light came on immediately at the lot, and when she inquired, they brushed it off as nothing. Within DAYS, the vehicle broke down, leaving her stranded with her young children. Despite multiple calls and emails, the dealership has failed to respond, take responsibility, or refund her money. They’ve kept the truck and provided no resolution. This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional but also unethical. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you value honesty and accountability in a car dealership.
