Sold my truck online. Super EZ... I drove it to this location from Florida. Odd, rather than pay $500 for them to pick it up. At my appointment Toby meet me, drove around the block, plugged into the OBD port to check vehicle. Thanked Me Maybe 15 minutes top and less than 4 hours my payment was deposited in my bank. Impressive and highly recommend selling to them.

First and foremost I want to clarify something. The pickup locations have no control over the inspection or state of the car you buy. They are a processing station for paperwork and logistics. With that being said, I Bought a Lincoln Nautilus 2024 with 23k miles on it. Pick up was simple as was my trade in. I did find a issue with the car, I pointed it out to the processor, they ran the issue up to management; Luccy I believe is how her name is spelled. She reviewed my issues against the policy and agreed it needed to be fixed. We filed a service claim VIA Silverrock (I bought the max warranty) but they refused the claim even though it was from Carvanna. I called Luccy back and explained the issue, she setup a appointment with their shop and fixed it all within a week, no money out of pocket. I cannot stress how easy and nice they were at this location. They inherited a issue from the Carvaana quality inspection team who screwed up and Luccy and her team fixed it without the teeth pulling back and forth. Would buy from her again.

What a great experience, I don't think I'll do it any other way now. They find the car you want exactly how you want it: mileage, condition, price, trade in, options, everything! Best of all, I never had to leave my house and the vehicle arrived in my driveway a few days after I found it, along with the all of the signed paperwork. I took it for a test drive while the Carvana dude loaded up my trade in and we were all done in about 30 minutes. After the sale, I was kept notified via text and email regarding my 7 day trial period and title status. I had several questions throughout the entire process which were answered quickly and easily with the agent text. Thanks for your great work, you have a 100% satisfied customer!

At first I believed Carvana to be the best thing ever, shopping for a car in the comfort of my home who wouldn't want that! So in the past year I have purchased two cars from them. 1 car is now currently in the Shop for transmission failure and outside of warranty, even though I took it to the shop 3 different times complaining the transmission was jerking so now they dont want to cover the cost of the fix. I also purchased a car for my son in November of last year, the car has less than 90,000 miles on it and now the engine has went out. So we now currently have TWO vehicles we cannot drive but have to pay for monthly and pay for the cost of repairs. Looking into a lawsuit, because this has to be fraud or intentional misrepresentation and a violation of state consumer protection laws. Its not fair to sale broken cars to people in this economy!!
