I just want to take a minute to brag on my friend Camryn—Cammy—because the way she came through for me yesterday while I was picking out my car was everything. We’ve been friends for a while now, so I already know how she is: solid, dependable, and always looking out. But seeing her help me with something as big as buying a car just reminded me why I trust her the way I do. From the moment we pulled up, she was on it. She wasn’t just standing around or letting the salespeople talk circles around me—she was paying attention to every little detail. She asked questions I wouldn’t have even thought about, pointed out things I didn’t notice, and made sure I wasn’t getting played or pressured. It honestly felt like having my own personal car expert with me, but also my friend who knows me well enough to say, “Yeah, this fits you,” or “No, that’s not worth it.” What I loved most was how patient she was. I’m indecisive as hell, especially with big purchases, and she never once made me feel rushed or silly. She let me take my time, test drive what I wanted, go back and forth, and she stayed calm the whole time. She broke things down in a way that made sense, explained stuff without making me feel dumb, and kept reminding me to choose what I felt good about, not what anybody else was trying to push. And the way she carried herself? So professional. Like, she really stepped into that “I got you” role without even trying. She was respectful, she was confident, and she made sure the whole process felt smooth instead of stressful. Even the salesperson could tell she wasn’t one to play with—they knew they had to be straight with us. But beyond all that, it was just the fact that she showed up for me. She didn’t have to spend her whole day helping me pick out a car, but she did. She didn’t have to care as much as she did, but she did. That’s the kind of friend she is—someone who genuinely wants to see you win, feel safe, and make the right decisions. Someone who celebrates with you and supports you at the same time. By the time I drove off the lot, I felt confident, happy, and honestly proud of myself—and a big part of that was because of her. I’m really grateful for her, not just for yesterday but for the kind of friend she’s been to me overall. Cammy is one of those people you can count on, whether it’s something small or something major like buying a whole car. She’s amazing, she’s thoughtful, she’s smart, and she really does go above and beyond without even being asked. So yeah… this is me giving her all her flowers because she deserves them.

The experience wasnt bad but it wasnt the greatest, it would be nice if the sales people were more knowledgeable and the vehicles were cleaned and cane with at least half a tank of gas. My sales person was very pleasant and i do appreciate that. But when i walked in i wasnt greeted or anything had waited about 15 minutes and had to actually go up to the front desk and ask for help unfortunately…hopefully this will help in the future but i do love my new vehicle! Picture was taken at my job i had to clean my vehicle also didn’t come with floor mats or spare tire and had to replace windshield wipers same day!

We are paying to much for a 2016 Jeep Renegade we are on a limited income and they won't even work with us on our behind payments, we got a little behind because our finances got messed up for a few months, I took papers in and showed them what was going on, seemed they wasn't concerned but yet they say they wanna keep you on the road. Other than that we had a good experience when we first purchased the vehicle, just wish they would work with us.

I have been a Loyal customer with them since 2023 I purchased a 2020 Chevy Trax suv , and was half way finished paying off my car loan when my motors blew out in this year May 2026. I had a warranty and was told that my motors was not covered , they did not offer any loaner cars or discounts for you not having any transportation. I suggest you have a plan b or backup plan when getting vehicles with CAR MART!! I tried to negotiate with car mart to see if I could get some type of accommodation for being without transportation for almost a month , nobody could help me . I was speaking with the general manager at first about getting a new vehicle , so I showed her the car and she told me she would see about getting the car transported. She never did what she told me she was going to do , but instead was on vacation two weeks later the car never made it to the dealership , and didn’t let anyone know what was going on so I had to settle and reapply for one one the 7 VEHICLES they only had at that store all because she was on vacation and , was not at the store and didn’t keep her word !! I was told to reapply for a NEW application , after I reapplied for my application I was told to add insurance on a vehicle that they denied me for due to my type of job , even though I been had the job and with my manager trying to provide proof of my job information . I wasted 8 hours at the dealership after I even had to get a co-signer and was told it was a better chance when I added my co signer they denied me me again !!!! I do not RECOMMEND this dealership they only want your MONEY that’s it they do not take care of their customers like they SAY they will!!!! Wish I could rate them a 0 star!!!!!

Horrible customer service and their prices of cars are a rip off when a used car at a dealership is a better deal. Will never get another car from them after having to have the car repaired multiple times not even a day after getting the car for the same issue and it was never fixed over the last year but they don’t listen and send it to shops that are idiots. I highly recommend NEVER buying a car from them unless you want Carol to leave a voicemail for another customer while discussing your business and money since they don’t end the voicemail after leaving one
