I realize I took up way to much of their time, but they both went out of their way to do everything they could to make me the best possible deal on the automobile I was considering. Everything was explained clearly, concisely along each step in the process and they were each willing to work with me by moving along one step at a time. Very kind, courteous and professional gentlemen. Highly recommend!

I visited the AutoNation South Columbus, GA today and my experience was AMAZING!! I was able to sell my old 2004 Subaru outback and got into a newer 2016 Subaru Outback. They have amazing prices, a great customer experience and shout out to the the sales representatives Tiffany F. And Robert K. were extremely patient with me. They provided water and great conversations while I was waiting. Thanks to the management team Mark S. and Richard R. for an outstanding experience as well. Thank you Bret the finance manager as well. Everything was smooth and I will definitely be doing business again in the future. Oh I forgot mention I was water and snacks. I visited AUTONATION SOUTH COLUMBUS for a specific Grand Cherokee with the Summit package that they showed was available on the website. Upon arrival there she was sitting in front of the main building. I walked inside and met with the sales manager (Richard) who introduced me to my sales person (Daniel). Both were very helpful in getting me the deal I had anticipated while providing a very fair trade-in offer on my previous vehicle. My sales person was new and still learning, which I understood and therefore accepted that part of the frustration that this process took longer than it typically should have BUT even then, everyone stayed well past their closing time to make it happen. I purchased from AUTONATION SOUTH because they had the specific vehicle and package I wanted, they were friendly to work with, and offer a great service package over the life of the vehicle.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! So these people sell me the car the check engine light comes on a day after I buy the car I take it back the transmission needs to be replaced so I'm like well I don't want the car they told me I it's already past the 4 days. I didn't know anything about the transmission until the 5th day. So the bank doesn't want to finance the car because I have an another open auto loan ok cool. Why let me take the car home and all this extra stuff taking pics and blowing bubbles and all that if you are still waiting on info from me the bank or from me? So now it's time to get my money back. I go up there Friday and tell them what the insurance company says. Mind you IM GETTING MARRIED THIS FRIDAY!!!! AND MY WIFE IS PREGNANT. They tell me they money (1500 dollars mind you) will be back on your card Monday. So I have to go the entire weekend without my money and my sister is flying in from Houston the next day. My dad is coming in Wednesday. So I wake up this morning no 1500 and my wife had a doctor's appointment this morning. I have to borrow money to get an Uber to the appointment which is embarrassing because I'm supposed to have 1500. I go back up there and of course I'm not happy. Y'all these people have the audacity to get an attitude with me and threaten to call the police on me. Whoever the guy is with the black dude is with the man bun told me straight up he doesn't care that I'm getting married. The finance guy comes out with a paper saying I put it back on your card which I looked at y'all he didn't put the refund in until this morning. Then it was 1000 so I was like what about the other 500 they told me they were mailing me a check like are you serious that's not what I was told. This is how they do business please go to the Northside!!!!!
