I just recently purchased a vehicle from them. The customer service was very great & they helped get me into the car that I wanted. There was a small issue with the vehicle that I noticed & they immediately took it to their shop to check on it. I’m very satisfied.

I’m giving this place 1 star. The process is simple but it’s not worth getting a lemon. The vehicle I purchased wasn’t ready for sale but they sold it anyway. Then proceeded to have me take it to a scam repair place 2X telling me they ordered a part. No repairs were ever completed. The car has a major oil leak. And this is all within 30 days. After several messages seeking help.. they finally responded with its your responsibility. Just want to share my experience. A LOT of LEMONS

THIS CARLOT DOESNOT WANT YOU TO DO THE 500 UPGRADE which is the gimmick they sale you with !!!! I got a bmw x5 and put down 2600! For my car to give me so many issues from the first month of having it . I’m a great customer I always pay my car note kind you . I already put in about $2000 in repairs and still having issues . I’m leaving the lot right now. they are telling me that upgrading from a bmw to a traverse I would need an additional $1000 down when in my contract it doesn’t specify anything additional other than the $500 upgrade fee the sales man said I could only get a beat up Toyota with my current down payment that was like a 2005! And pay an additional $500 I DONT CARE HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE DONNNNNNOT Get A CAR FROM THIS PLACE IT IS JANKY AS HELL ! I AM GETTING LEGAL INVOLVED AND YES I STILL HAVE MY CONTRACT THAT STATES $500( upgrade) Not $1500 downgrade :) GETTING THIS LOT INVESTIGATED. YES IM A BlACK WOMAN BUT THEY DIDNT KNOW I HAVE LEGAL COLLOGUES AND VERY MUCH GOOD SENSE ! SN: YOUR BUSINESS COULD POSSIBLY EXPAND IF YOU DO GOOD BUSINESS BUT WE ALL KNOW What happens TO JANKY Car dealerships!

If I could rate 0 stars for this company I would. Run far away from this scam company!!!! They take your money and tell you “as is”. I purchased 2013 Chevrolet Malibu 6/10/24 mechanic specifically stated that the lights were cleared from the dash with out the problems actually being fixed, vehicle was still marketed to sale. I Drove 40 mins on expressway, vehicle cut off on me, vehicle also cut off at almost every stop light and I had to turn back on , sometimes it stalled to cut back on !!! With me and my child in the car could’ve cause very bad accident on road. I Told financing that I was bringing the vehicle back and they stated they would “work with me” and would fix it but still never fixed the issue. They are refusing to give me another vehicle told me I had to pay $500 to trade or upgrade when I already paid $1500. I left the vehicle at the lot and told them that they can keep their lemon cars. Between June 13-16 the company tried to redeem themselves and put me in a different vehicle with this issue being ongoing, I’ve received 3 different vehicles from this company from the original vehicle that I initially received. Every last vehicle majorly has issues including the vehicle that I am currently in. This company is still refusing to give a refund, or even fix the issues that I have told them about. I don’t recommend anyone buying from this company. Hopefully they get shut down for good soon. The owner of this place, financing, and sales man are no good and all work together to sale lemons. You have been warned!!!!

This place is a scam center and they try to bribe you for good google reviews after they get caught in the act i drove 5 and half hours out here to look at there 2014 camaro on the phone call they said that it starts at $2000 down that was not a issue at all after i get there they tell me that they are not selling the car but they would be more than happy to get me into a different car they had ... if you are selling cars then why lie to ppl and have them come in just to tell them your not selling cars? it dont make since i seen they did someone else like this in the reivews these clowns are all over youtube right now go look up ride today decatur ga on youtube shorts
