Kai or Kyle, I hope I got his name right, was wonderful. I really recommend you sell your car here. I sold a 2019 Sport Premium Audi for a reasonable price. It was still much higher than CarMax.

I have never bought a car sticky online. It was a unique experience and I was a bit skeptical at first but all went well. I went to the Jacksonville location to pick up my car and DeShawn made the experience extra special with his shinning personality. I enjoyed working with him and Carvana. I would recommend them to other individuals in the future. Also, if I am in the market for a second car, I would definitely select them again. If anyone is curious I bought a 2025 Nissan Altima with 26k miles. I took advantage of the 7 day guarantee and took the car to a Nissan dealership for a once over and they suggested that I have 2 air filters changed and some fluids which Carvana paid covered. Nissan did all the work of contacting them and the process was very smooth and hassle free for me. I am very satisfied.

This was the easiest way I have ever sold a car! After answering a few questions about the car, I had an immediate quote. I received the full amount of the quote in my bank account the next day. I was not close to a Carvana location, and the car was picked up by Carvana as scheduled. The employee who came out was friendly, professional and made the entire process hassle free. I would definitely recommend Carvana if you are selling a car!!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ My experience with Carvana was incredibly frustrating. I paid a deposit and submitted every document they requested. Only after everything was submitted was I told there was an internal verification requirement that prevented me from moving forward. That requirement was never disclosed before they accepted my deposit. Having money tied up meant I couldn’t immediately pursue other vehicle options while waiting for my money to be returned. The impression I was left with is that it doesn’t matter whether you can document your income. If your banking relationship doesn’t fit their requirements, your money may not be good enough for their process. I believe customers deserve to know that before they’re asked to put down a deposit and spend time gathering paperwork. Then be told it can be up to 10 business days. What was supposed to be a simplified process Is now hindering me From other options……
