I went on a Sunday and was out driving 4 hours later in a 2011 Hyundai! The process was painless, but i'm impatient, however, the time is spent doing paperwork and online processing Scott was cool and staff was accommodating and pleasant. No issues and I will BE BACK for a 2nd ride! Vroom! Vroom! Everyone loves my ride too! :)

I wanted to wait and do a review until I had the car for a month or longer. My credit isn't the best, and I needed a car for my son who is in college. He is far away and I didn't want him to be with out a car. I looked at several places who would finance someone in my situation. I completed the application over the phone and was in route to the dealer when I began to read the horrible reviews from previous customers. I called and spoke with Tanisha and I told her I wouldn't be coming do to the horrible reviews. She explained that Auto Deals was under new management and everyone was new there. I continued to voice my concerns and she continued to reassure me that the cars where in good shape and the process would be easy with no hassles. I was able to look at all car fax reports and drive the car that I purchased to my mechanic. They even fixed what my mechanic said was wrong (one minor thing was found). My son is pleased with his new car and so am I! Auto deals really surprised me. I went in thinking it was a horrible place and left out with a smile.
One of the greatest car dealerships and car buying experiences I have ever had. Definitely great cars and absolutely great customer service. Carlady is definitely the person to see if you’re looking to get into a car and drive off the lot same day. Hands down, love this place
Words cannot describe how I feel about this place, specifically for The Car Lady! I had a very unique case and luckily my husband (who got his car from here) told me to come here. Well, I’m glad I did! If you really need a car, make sure to come here and also speak with The Car Lady. It was such an easy process, super fast, she was beyond patient with me as I search the lot, and was able to work with what I had. Thank you Auto Deals and The Car Lady! I will be referring everybody here AND will be purchasing another vehicle in the future!
