I had an amazing experience from start to finish. I came in unexpectedly, and Mr. Trotter immediately welcomed me. He printed the Carfax, explained the vehicle’s features, and got me a test drive. As a first-time buyer with limited credit history and previous financing denials, I honestly didn’t know if getting approved was even possible. I was someone who was stressed about whether I’d even be able to get a car, and now I’m driving my dream car, and to top it off affordable monthly payments! #GODDID A huge thank you to Sam as well! He helped me get my insurance set up before I left. He was extremely patient, kind, and made that part of the process feel easy and stress-free. I also want to give a special thank you to Chris, who helped me with my paperwork. Chris was honestly one of the most relatable and genuine people I could have worked with. He was funny, easy to talk to. He took his time explaining every document, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident before signing anything. Even when I had my little moments of being nervous, he reassured me. This experience meant a lot to me.

Chrissy and Josh went above and beyond in the office to make sure I found the perfect vehicle and that everything was working properly. They truly cared about making sure I was taken care of the right way, not just making a sale. My biggest advice is to have patience with this dealership because they are very thorough and they genuinely want to make sure everything is done correctly. They stay on top of everything, the vehicles are in great condition, and if there is ever something that needs attention, they will make sure it gets fixed and handled the right way. They even made sure I had a loaner during the process so I wasn’t inconvenienced. The level of customer service, honesty, and effort they put in really stood out to me. Chrissy and Josh made the entire process smooth and showed that they truly care about their customers. Richard the finance manager and Jadon salesman treated us good. We searched for several days looking for my daughter a nice 16th birthday car and found this dealership through great pricing online. They really made sure we were happy and got the payments where we could afford it. The Car is really nice. Definitely recommend checking the dealership out they have a lot of nice rides on the lot. My daughter is so happy

I worked with sales consultant Lachelle and let me tell you she above and beyond during this process. Lachelle asked me questions to see what I was interested in allowed me to test drive as many vehicles as I was interested in. Once I picked out the car that I wanted Lachelle remained completely transparent throughout the whole process and left no stone unturned. I’ve worked with many sales consultant before but Lachelle really had her boots on the ground and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. I would recommend this dealership and more specifically Lachelle because she did what she needed to do!

DO NOT BUY: Read this before you decide to come and buy a car from this dealer. This is the worst and weirdest experience I’ve ever had getting a car. I bought a car everything seemed alright there was just a problem with the ac wasn’t blowing heated air from the passenger side. The dealer offered to fix the problem and Richard told me it would take 2 days and I would have my car back. This people kept my car for A WHOLE MONTH. The whole staff are a bunch of 2 faced people who have no shame, show no remorse, and lie about everything. They told me they had got the part for the car, which they didn’t get until 2 weeks later. Kept changing the date the car would be done. And please stay away from Chris and Trevor specially. Chris lied to me and told me the car was at the bmw dealer getting programmed. Whole time THEY had the car at their shop and just lied for no reason. Just weird. Trevor is the worst, grimiest salesman you could ever imagine. This guy didn’t wanna tell me where my car was, update me, or send me pictures of MY CAR. One second smiling, next rude with no expression. The whole staff are a bunch of good for nothing grown people who will lie to the end. Please take my advice and don’t come here. I left my car there the 9th of February. And finally got it back today march 11th. And my car also ain’t had no gas when I got it. This dealer doesn’t deserve NO stars, 0 stars. Worst dealer in Cobb county
