I normally buy cars from Florida and this happen to be the shadiest place. I called the dealership and spoke to Augustin and asked to pay a deposit and I have my own pre approval and he said he will call me back. Never did. A serious buyer like myself was going to drive 10 plus hours to purchase it he said he would check with the manager never called me back and like typical nature the car wasn’t even done with the inspection supposedly then one hour later Andre tells me it’s sold. If you not local do not buy from here because they do business like a loan shark

Really disappointed with our experience we had with the finance department, David Rodriguez. They kept our original plate and David Rodriguez assured us we would not have to worry about a thing regarding getting a new one. 3 months and 3 temporary plates later, we have to file a police report for a “missing” plate because they kept our original plate and lost it. He hasn’t returned our phone calls and we can’t believe we’re in this mess and paid him to do this part in purchasing our QX80. Janet in customer service has been amazing to work with through all this mess but I’d avoid working with David Rodriguez at all costs.
