Where do I make payments to independent credit

I had a great experience with Prime Autos. I bought my 2004 Dodge Ram back in November and it is super clean. The down payment was reasonable, and weekly payments make things easy. Scotty was awesome and I would definitely recommend this place to someone with bad or no credit such as myself. The only thing I can’t seem to get an answer on is why nothing is showing up on my Credit report. I’ve made on time payments continuously for about 3 months now and my credit report does not reflect the loan or the on time payments. This is one of the main reasons why I purchased here. ******Update****** Loan and payments now reflect on my credit report. 5 stars all the way.

I've had so many used cars in my life and I have purchased from so many buy here pay here car lots... over 5 or 6...and I have never had an experience like I've had here. The employees are everything. The service is fast and they will have you rolling in no time... The owner Dennis is awesome! They dont hassle you and they really understand that people have hardships. They work with your situation and always remain positive. I appreciate them so much and refer everyone to them!! So if you are looking for a good deal and a reliable used vehicle...I highly reccomend this place! You wont regret it!

I was looking for a van and visited Prime Autos. I had a very nice experience and was treated very well. Both the salesman and loan manager were very honest and helpful. I did not feel at all pressured . I would definitely recommend this establishment based on my personal experience.

Bought a used Mercedes from these folks in 2015, my second car purchased from them. The first was a Nissan Altima, which was a great little car, no issues ever with the vehicle, service or loan servicing by Prime Autos financing department "Independent Credit". The Mercedes, however, had electrical issues from day one that ultimately caused a transmission failure, the computer wouldn't let the vehicle shift out of first gear. Since I was over a year into the two-year loan, I negotiated a VOLUNTARY RETURN AND CONTRACT CANCELLATION with them; no payments were ever late on this or my previous contract. The return/cancellation was completed in 2016, now seven years ago. THIS IS BEING REPORTED MONTHLY AS A CURRENT REPOSSESSION ON MY CREDIT REPORTS TO THIS DAY (JANUARY 2023). According to FEDERAL LAW, "Bankruptcy cases aside, Section 605(a) of the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act limits the reporting of "any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years." (15 U.S.C. § 1681c.)." I have attempted to resolve this countless times with the company, to no avail. This (I'll be generous) CLERICAL ERROR has damaged my ability to purchase additional vehicles, homes, affected my student loan eligibility and employment opportunities. "play at your own risk"
