I had a wonderful experience at Netto dealership, Raymond was able to get me in an amazing car for a great price. I came in on Tuesday with a pre approval from my credit union and the staff were all very patient with me while I was trying to get a final approval from the bank. David was even nice enough to drive me to my house to collect the documents I needed for the loan. The whole staff is extremely friendly and will make sure you leave with the car that you want!

My husband and I purchased a 2018 Tacoma yesterday. Daivd was so great and helpful. I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to stop here and ask for David he doesn’t disappoint. He even went out of his ways to make sure we made it home safely.

About 2yrs a go i purchased a car for my son. I dealt with the owner Netto. This man couldn't be anymore down to earth, relatable and fair even if he tried. I had a great experience with him. Having said that you may ask why only 3 stars and not 5? Well, fast forward to today. I saw a 2013 corvette grand sport listed for sale. I went to look at the vehicle and the car was not there. It was in consignment and the owner had just taken it. The sales guy that was helping was very nice, he asked if I was willing to wait and I said sure. They called the owner and he was 25mins away. I told him, I'll wait, I'm the customer that by the time I go to a dealer in about 80% ready to buy, with the remainder left up to the price, shape the vehicle is in and very important how am I treated. While waiting for the car some young finance guy comes out of the blue and asks "is this going to be a cash or finance purchase "? I said "neither, until I see the car". What a concept. He then proceeded to tell me that the price was none negotiable, they know what they have, and blah, blah information he read on the internet about the car. Mind you, the car was a 60th anniversary, 4LT trim. Like most of the 4LTs the dash was trash, needed to be redone and the car had a minor accident report so I needed to see what that repair looked like. Needed to speak with the OWNER not him about some very important maintenance/repairs that if you're a C6 owner you know it needs. But the finance character acted like he had a mint condition, low, low mileage carbon Z06. I didn't argue with him, just got up, thank the sales guy for his time and walked out. Shame really, cost the owner a sale just because he decided to be a......to put it nicely, a typical used car salesman.

I looked at one of their cars, wasn't what I wanted. Salesman was pleasant and not pushy. HOWEVER, after a day, the phone calls started, it been 2 weeks now, they or some marketing company they employ has repeatedly called me. As of this morning, the counter on my phone says 12 times. I've stopped being nice, but they continue to call. For this reason alone, I wouldn't buy a damn thing from this place.
