I only came as support for my daughter. This is the second car my daughter has purchased from this establishment. I was present with her first purchase as well. The staff was welcoming.. Chris was helpful. They assure you to address any concerns. The owner is also helpful and want to assist in any way.

For starters… I didn’t even want to place one star. this dealership is an absolute disaster. I came in looking for a vehicle to get me from point A to B. I was approved for a 2005 Hyundai in which SEEMED to be in very good conditions. The unfortunate truth was that not even 24hrs of having it I found multiple issues. The passenger seat bolts were completely rotted causing the passenger seat to be very unstable. The carpet to the passenger seat was also drenched in water due to a broken AC hose leading directly underneath the carpet. They cover the floor with a floor mat so it wouldn’t have been noticeable. I returned the car the following day with my husband to complain about damages. The owner Mike had the mechanic tier the carpet apart and seat out the car. Mike stated they would fix it with no issues. He gave us a date to come back for the fix and told us it would be done the same day. We came on the date of and left the car the whole day. When we returned to pick up the car nothing was touched nor done. They gave us the excused that they decided to work on another car. They then returned the car to us completely taken apart with nothing done and no seat. We came back two more time and the same excuse was given to us another time and the other time they’re mechanic spoke with my husband and told him that Mike wanted him to rig the job. The mechanic told my husband the truth because my husband fixes cars for a living as a Combo man for body work. So their mechanic knew my husband would noticed the rigged job. The mechanic also mentioned that Mike does rigged jobs every time on all the cars.By rigged I mean Mike wanted the mechanic to take the floor part from a completely different car and weld it in even if it didn’t fully fit or aligned with the driver seat. Once that was informed to us my husband once again spoke with Mike and Mike had agreed with my husband that we could take the car elsewhere to get fixed and he would deduct what we spend off the car pice. Now so it’s clear we were doing $100 payments every week. The care was marked for $4800. We put $1000 down and had already made 4 payments while dealing with the issues. We got a quote for the job that would be done for $780. Mike then stated that we wouldn’t have to make a payment for the next 3 weeks until the job was done. Not even 2 weeks after they sent a lady named Pat to my house to pick up the car stating we owned $1000 of payments. Mind you $1000 would be 2months and 2weeks late. The car wasn’t even with us for 2months yet. We returned the car to avoid problems and decided to try and talk with Mike to see what was the deal. When going into the office no one was ever there to speak with. 1 week had past of me calling and showing up the the office. No one answered calls and no one was ever there to speak. Not Mike nor the office lady would be there to speak with about what was going on. I was able to go in on 01/26/26 and spoke with an old guy who is Mike’s dad who said there was 5 payments made and it would be $1000 to get the car with no explanation as to how we were due $1000. I left and told him to have someone call me when they decided to want to come in the office and actually run the business. I had yet to get a phone call from them, so we decided to go back to the office before closing on 01/28/26 and everyone was there and not a phone call was made to reach out. My husband spoke with the office lady and she then tells him that we now owed another month of payments within just two days. While there we took a look at the car and yet again the seat was still not even touched to be fixed. This dealership has been nothing but problems and headaches none stop. They have been showing absolutely no care for the car or the business agreement. I advise to stay away from this dealership and any business proposal with them for they do not stay to their words or agreements. They will as you can see pull some kind of fraud and say you owe more then you do and or say you do when you absolutely don’t. Here is my proof.

This shop is so deceiving and disappointing. It makes me sad really because I was there the first day and the only reason we stayed was because of Chris but he turned out to be untrustworthy and a liar. The son of the owner Chris, will be extremely nice and seem understanding all the way until he gets the money in his hands. After that everything changes. Attitude changes, the concern changes. They only care about the money. They promise one thing before they get the money then after he says that’s not what he said. The father, who is the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional to my husband after he was told to come back to get the brakes and sensor fixed. Owner didn’t even want to talk to my husband. They seem to only care about their own meaning those who were Spanish got helped first even though my husband had been waiting an hour for the mechanic. He got off work to go get this done. Then when he tried to communicate with Chris about the unprofessionalism he said my husband was overreacting, showing more unprofessionalism. Until my husband finally had enough and said JESUS LOVES YOU, GOD BLESS YOU, and he will do it himself. I’m not wishing bad on these people but important lesson for them “ do onto others what you want done to you.” I don’t know what scramming people does to their soul but I hope it was worth it. I don’t really care for a response from them or to drag this on more since it’s been going on for 5 days. Me and my husband care about our peace in mind and we tried to give them chances to do what they agreed on. We even have a legal binding agreement on paper for him to fix these things as well as another legal evidence I contained myself. Money was never a problem to further things legally and I’m sure he was able to tell with how we payed everything in cash right then and there. We even over paid for the car just because we know most cars on the lot are already set higher then they are so when someone wants to bring it down a little they are ok with negotiating because they still gain a profit. We just wanted a used car in good condition for a good amount of money that we didn’t need to spend additional on and time to fix. If that was the case we found a lot cheaper cars with things to fix that we coulda got. We didn’t mind because of Chris, we looked at it the way we looked at tipping for service and that’s how much we thought Chris was worth it. That’s who we are. I’m not trying to drag him but wanted to warn others especially those who really don’t have the money to not get taken advantage of. If they have been scamming for years then I guess my words won’t really mean anything to them because they won’t care. But God works in mysterious ways, it could take years to teach a lesson. And when he does, I hope they remember me saying this.” Treat others the way you want to be treated despite what wrongs others have done to you. “ Like I said, God does not play about me and if he says to turn the other cheek that’s what I’ll do. CONSUMER WARNING: Deceptive Practices and Unlawful Asset Conversion at Mike Auto Sales, L.L.C. in West Palm Beach. I am sharing our urgent experience to protect other local families and car buyers in Palm Beach County from what has happened to us. My boyfriend and I bought a vehicle here, but the financing deal completely fell through and the contract was formally canceled by the lender. Instead of unwinding the deal legally like Florida law requires, this dealership tried to trick us via text message into an unauthorized, direct in-house payment plan that we never agreed to. Because the contract is legally dead, my boyfriend had to physically return and surrender the car to their lot this morning, June 5th. Because of the aggressive and threatening behavior from their management over the phone, we had to have the West Palm Beach Police Department conduct a civil standby to ensure a safe property handover. The police logged this under Case Number 26-95128 with Officer J. Sandlin. The dealership now has full possession of the vehicle and the keys. However, management is stubbornly refusing to return our cash down payment and the $1,700.00 contracted value of our two trade-in vehicles. We have clear video evidence of the keys being handed over, the police officer confirming the surrender on tape, and text messages of management refusing to return our consumer assets. They are actively withholding our money and our trade equity on a completely voided transaction. We have a baby on the way and desperately need our funds to secure a safe, reliable vehicle for work. Formal complaints are officially logged with the CFPB, the DMV Bureau of Dealer Enforcement, and the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. Buyer Beware. Do not do business with Mike Auto Sales, L.L.C. unless you want your money stolen and a broken contract. Please share this to warn others in the Lake Worth and West Palm Beach area! UPDATE TO DEALER RESPONSE: The dealer will try to reply to this by claiming the car was sold "as-is." Let be completely clear for any future buyers reading this: an "as-is" clause only applies to mechanical warranties on a completed, finalized sale. It has absolutely zero legal relevance when third-party financing fails, the finance contract is formally canceled by the lender, and the transaction is legally null and void. Under Florida consumer law, when a conditional spot-delivery contract is canceled by the lender, the transaction must be entirely unwound. You cannot keep my $1,700.00 trade-in equity and down payment on a contract that no longer exists. The vehicle has been physically surrendered to your lot under West Palm Beach Police civil standby (Case #26-95128), and any attempt to withhold my consumer funds is unlawful conversion.
