My wife and I just bought a new Ford Explorer from Al Packer Ford with the help Jason Salvador. Both he, Jason and the people in the dealership made this a very enjoyable experience. I’m 72 and have purchased many cars through the years and don’t remember a transaction that went so smooth. I strongly recommend Jason Salvador and the whole Al Packer team if you’re looking for a car.
I would like to give a better rating, as the techinican did the job correctly. It is the service advisor at the quick lane desk that needs to improve his customer service skills. He seemed like i was a bother to him. He asked if i wanted the complimentary car wash. I said sure. When car work finished, he said they forgot car wash and asked me if i still wanted it. ......
Horrible experience. Drove an hour to get there. We were lied to and pre-judged. They didn't show us around or show us any vehicles. They blew a very nice sale because the sales person was argumentative, condescending, and nasty. He should be working elsewhere. Evidently the sales manager wasn't interested enough to intervene.
