Excellent car buying experience. I was looking to purchase my son’s first vehicle and have very specific criteria. Mr. Earl was helpful, communicative, patient, and never once made me feel pressured to buy. We reached a deal quickly and there were zero unnecessary add on fees. Robby was prepared when I arrived to complete the purchase and had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a quality, but affordable used car.
Normally I don’t write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it. They are AMAZING. Randy was so great & he did everything possible to get me in a new car (my old one bit the dust so I desperately needed one). My credit wasn’t great so he really went the extra mile for me. He got me a car with low miles, low down payment & a low monthly payment. I’m forever grateful for this place & look forward to purchasing from them in the future!
Randy Fenner along with the whole place is very great and helpful, family-owned, and seems to really care about their customers. I just recently bought a 2016 Honda CRV and Chris (their mechanic) replaced my dirty visor quickly and also said he would get a new wiper fluid reservoir and pump for me as well!
I worked with Randy and Wayne yesterday to bring home a 2016 Ford Focus, and you couldn't ask to work with a friendlier team. They truly helped turn a very bad day into a very good one after my car broke down before I could get to work. I really appreciated the level of communication throughout the process, including setting up insurance and making the registration transfer seamless.
