I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. Due to an error on their end, my car was wrongfully repossessed—an issue that should never happen and reflects a serious lack of accountability. When I attempted to resolve the situation, Mike was unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional. There was no sense of urgency, ownership, or willingness to correct the mistake they made. Instead of working toward a solution, I was met with poor communication and a negative attitude. This situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience, all because of their negligence. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
