I bought a 2021 Kia Forte Gt Line from them and they took care of every detail that I didn't like for me. There was a rip on the seat and they had the whole seat re upholstered for me the next day when I picked it up. I've been loving the car since then but there was an engine code coming up for the O2 sensor and they said they'll take care of it if it pops back up after I take it off the lot and they are. It turns out the code was for the Catalytic Converter and Kareem got it ordered for me immediately when I brought it in for them to scan it. This is a very good dealership experience for me especially compared to other local used dealers, everyone was very nice to me and helpful.

Matthew was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car rather than just making a sale. He answered all my questions patiently, explained the options clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I recommend approaching this dealership with caution. The vehicle we purchased itself appears to be a good car overall, which is exactly why this situation is frustrating. The issue is not the car — it’s the lack of follow-through on what was promised during the sale. We were told the front tires were “brand new,” which is not accurate, and that a front-end wobble would be repaired prior to purchase. That repair was not completed. While driving home, we realized only one headlight was working. Upon inspection, the headlight assembly was barely attached and had no bulbs installed at all — meaning no turn signal or running lights were operational on that side. This is a serious safety concern that should have been addressed before the vehicle was sold. After further inspection, we also found that multiple fuses were completely missing. After replacing them ourselves, several issues improved — which raises additional concerns about the condition the vehicle was sold in. In addition, the rear brakes are in poor condition (metal-on-metal), and the vehicle became stuck in park shortly after purchase, requiring it to be towed. We were initially offered the option to purchase a warranty, but after paperwork was completed, we were told it was no longer available, which was frustrating and confusing. To be fair, the dealership did eventually provide the maintenance records after we requested them. We returned to the dealership in person to have them honor what was promised, and were still told no. Our concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. We understand what “as-is” means, but it does not negate verbal commitments made during the sale — especially when they involve safety-related items. We are simply asking the dealership to honor what was promised so this can be resolved and we can move forward. We are still hopeful the dealership will do the right thing and stand behind what was promised. Buyers should do a thorough inspection and get any promises in writing before finalizing a purchase with this dealership.
