The whole team is attentive and helpful. We had been looking at cars for the entire day and everything was junk (looking at large dealerships...trying not to get hustled). Stopped in right at closing and Skip was welcoming and answered all of our questions. I came back the next day to purchase. Mary made the whole process incredibly smooth and pain-free. They have great prices and take pride in helping people find a reliable vehicle. My friend and Mom are now keeping an eye out on their inventory and are excited to work with them. I never thought I would say I am the proud owner of a BMW, but they helped make this happen :)

My Experience: I bought a used 2006 F150 in January of 2024 here. Edwin was my sales rep and assured me multiple times the vehicle was in good working order. My 2nd day owning the vehicle it rained and water poured through the headliner and soaked my entire backseat area. I contacted Edwin and all he told me was "I got a guy who can fix that for cheap". I repaired it elsewhere. Not even 1,000 miles later I realized the entire suspension was completely shot, Shocks, Struts, Boot seals, all were falling apart. I only noticed when all four tires were wearing unevenly and being destroyed. Had to replace all tires too. Again, I contacted Edwin and all he offered was "I got a guy who can fix that for cheap". When I asked for a quote he never responded to me. I had it done elsewhere. In total this truck has costed me 3 thousand dollars in repairs immediately after purchasing. I would not recommend this business to anyone unless you are an experienced mechanic that can confidently verify every single component of the vehicle on your own.

I had been in contact with a dealer online but they had stopped responding to my messages so I thought I would just stop by to test drive the car I liked. I showed up during business hours to test drive the car and I saw someone in the lot see us arrive and walk into the office but figured someone would be out eventually. After some time we went into the office and no one was there. I Immediately left after that. I should’ve known this would be a waste of time after the stopped responding to my messages when I asked if the car I was interested in had been in any prior accidents. Very unprofessional

08/07/2024!….mechanics name Jason and Edwin I took my van there so they can fix and replace the cv joints and sparks plugs … after I paid them 470 dollar in 24 hours car started shaking with me and stop in the middle of the road ….. when I called Jason they send a towing truck to pick up the van …. Later on jason called me to say nothing wrong with the van and I need to pay 120 dollars for towing and inspection…. Keep on mind it’s only been 24 hour …. On my way back home this is what happens car breaks got heat up or joints catch on fire while driving I have video I couldn’t upload it here but …. I’m a woman that’s why those guys did me so wrong I don’t know about cars but …. Please do not take your car there … they you will absolutely regrets it .they do not have the rights to be call mechanics

I bought a car here and it drove fine during the test drive and the CARFAX was good but wow was it a bad car. CATALYTIC CONVERTER CUT OUT AND COMPUTER BYPASSED TO NOT THROW CODES All 4 tires rotted out Engine mounts loose Sway bar bad Rear brakes bad Bad clockspring Rack & Pinion Leak Power steering fluid leak lol I would NEVER have bought this car had I knew. The main situation here is they knew what they were doing OR they didn’t check the car well enough when they bought it at auction, either way would you really wanna buy a car from these guys? All in all I had to give my mechanic $2500 on top of buying this car and he still didn’t take care of everything. I dealt with Jay and Edwin and honestly neither were helpful, Edwin gave me excuses, and Jay ignored me, 🚨 CROOKED DEALERSHIP 🚨 they’re big on Facebook marketplace, did I mention I drove 5 hours to buy the car? Anyway, I wish them the best but if you’re thinking about going here, go elsewhere, they ripped me off and didn’t do a thing about it.
