I don’t write many reviews, but this one was easy. Buying a car has always been one of the most stressful purchases for me. I don’t know much about cars, and I’ll be the first to admit it. If you start talking engines, transmissions, or pretty much anything under the hood, you’ve probably lost me. 😂 That can make walking into a dealership alone pretty intimidating. You hear all the horror stories, wonder who’s genuinely trying to help you, and hope you’re not about to make a really expensive mistake. From my very first conversation with him, this experience felt different. He was completely transparent from the start. When I asked what the actual out-the-door price would be, he didn’t try to get me into the dealership before answering the question. He didn’t dodge it. He didn’t play the “come on in and we’ll talk” game that so many places do. He gave me a straightforward out-the-door price over messages. I responded that I was really hoping to be closer to a different number. His response? “That sounds reasonable. I’ll see you soon.” And that’s exactly what happened. No surprise fees. No changing the numbers when I got there. No games. Just honesty. Before I came in, I also mentioned that I might be trading in my BMW. Again, he handled it differently than I expected. He didn’t throw out an unrealistic number just to get me in the door. He simply told me he couldn’t give me a fair value without seeing it first. More importantly, he made it clear that whatever happened with my BMW wasn’t going to change the deal we’d already made on the Honda. That mattered to me. It told me he wasn’t using one deal to manipulate the other. He was simply going to evaluate my BMW, give me an honest number, and let me decide. When he inspected my BMW, he was just as straightforward. He explained what he found, gave me a fair offer based on its condition, and left the decision completely up to me. There were no games, no gimmicks, no pressure, and no surprises. After I bought the Honda, I accidentally drove away with the dealer tag locked safely in my trunk. 🤦🏻‍♀️ He called me, laughed about it, and told me not to worry about driving all the way back that evening because he knew I’d had a long day. We agreed I’d bring it back the next day. While we were texting, I mentioned that my key fob battery was getting low. I asked if he had any on site and he said no. When I came back to return the dealer tag, I was surprised when he said, “Bring me your key.” He had actually gone out and bought the correct battery for me and changed it before I left. The sale had already been completed. He didn’t have to do that. It wasn’t about the battery. It was about the kind of person he is. As someone walking into a dealership alone, I never once felt talked down to, rushed, pressured, or taken advantage of. I felt informed. I felt respected. Most importantly, I felt safe making my own decision. For women especially, I think that feeling is invaluable. If you’re looking for someone who values honesty over pressure, integrity over sales tactics, and genuinely wants you to make the right decision instead of simply making a sale, I can’t recommend him enough. Whether you’re buying your first car, shopping on your own, or simply want someone who’s going to treat you fairly and with respect, you’re in good hands. I walked into that dealership hoping to leave with a dependable car. I did. But what I really drove away with was peace of mind. And honestly… that’s worth more than any car.

I would like to take a minute and recognize Orlando car depot is off of N. Forsyth Rd. right off of E. Colonial Dr. as I entered the dealership. I asked the guy do you have any cash cars that are reliable he right away pointed me to four cars said hey let me take a picture of your drivers license and you can drive anything you want. Every car I got into didn’t have the check engine light on let me drive the car I end up picking out the 2012 Fiat sport had originally 36,000 miles. I did my own research before I got to the dealer. He gave me a discount on dealer fees and really looked out for me. I just want to recognize him and his team? For being so spontaneous and nice and even said we do financing on cars as well we’re lender to any bank so you can put a minimum down payment down and be able to arrive today. I just want to recognize him and his team again for his awesome customer service, great personality, and good sense Thank you again

One of the best car buying experiences for me. I came there looking for something very specific. I brought an almost identical car to sell or trade that had severe cosmetic damage. Umair was able to give me almost twice the value for it. My credit was subpar but he was still able to get me short term reasonable financing for the exact vehicle that I wanted without a cash down payment and a warranty!

I originally came to Orlando to visit another dealership and was honestly disappointed with the experience. By chance, I ended up stopping at Orlando Car Depot, and that completely changed my day. I met Umer, and he was an absolute standout. Very professional, honest, and easy to work with. No pressure, no games. He was straightforward with communication and a gave me a great deal. Umer went out of his way to make sure everything made sense and that I was comfortable with the purchase. You don’t meet many salespeople like that anymore. I’ll definitely be shopping with him again soon and would recommend anyone looking for a car to ask for Umer at Orlando Car Depot.
