Writing this just as Im finalizing my new car and Ozzie was an absolute pleasure to work with. He wasnt too talkative and let the car speak for itself. Had answers to all the questions I had and walked away happy

Don’t waste your time. And if they say something make sure they put it in writing. Other then that they gonna act like they never said nothing. Don’t waste your time coming here. Truthfully all their locations. I’ve dealt with this one and their apopka location when I purchased a vehicle and less then 3 months the transmission went out. Was told to pay out my pocket despite them having mechanics and me having the car for under 3 months. You guessed it. Still have cars on their lots that’s not good. Idk for sure. But what I do know is I got a car from them and it was a lemon. Their financing company doesn’t know they be selling lemons. At least they say that. Plausible deniability huh lol Any who don’t bother. From my experience the vehicle the salesman suggested was a lemon. So if you go don’t listen to the salesman. And honestly they don’t care. Long as you got enough for a down payment they gonna do “their best” to get you in a car.

BUYER BEWARE !!!! Worse company ever I had some issues with my bank account and my payments were not getting received they came to repo my car. Didn’t get notified of them having it and all my personal belongs in it. I was hospitalized for 4 days from a medical condition when I found the car after driving to all 3 locations they removed my plate and the dented my car on the hood. I went to get an estimate and there was 600 dollars in damage. I took the estimate to the office and I got ignored for over a hour . They denied that the car was damaged in their possession. The finance girl in the office was over an hour late to work when going the following morning to get my car back. They charged me over 400 dollars in repo fees.

Horrible experience got a car not even a week ago took it to be inspected and the transmission is bad it was glued to try & fix a leak. & they still keep saying nothings wrong with the car when clearly it shows they did a ghetto fix and tried to glue the issue when the whole entire transmission housing needs replaced. They said they would fix it then all a sudden they don’t have no loaner cars to fix the issue. Will be taking these people to court.

If I could give negative stars I would. Took my friends deposit and won’t sell him a car or give him his money back.
