So I call ahead to the dealership to verify that the car is on the lot. I get there and I am greeted by a bunch of people sitting at televisions with WebCams and microphones. I sit down at one of the stations and I get into a call with someone who is clearly not in the United States, I assume they are in Brazil. We start talking about the car and whether it’s on the lot I tell them that I need to see the car before I negotiate anything. He tells me he’s going to get somebody that’s in the store to show me the car. I hear the discord notification go off when he leaves the chat, and another person comes in trying to pre-qualify me and then I find out the car is not even in Orlando. It’s in Miami. This is the worst car buying experience you can ever do. Not to mention the fact that if they are using Discord, there’s probably a lot of privacy information that is getting leaked. Do not buy a car from here. They are definitely taking advantage of people who are desperate to purchase a vehicle.
