Great staff. They are attentive and try to cater to the customers needs. A small issue arose when one of the mechanics lied about a fault with the power steering on the vehicle I ultimately purchased, but Izzy quickly rectified the situation, offering to let me take the vehicle to my shop to have it inspected by my mechanics and offering another discount for the inconvenience. Rudy and Celeste were both extremely helpful and didn't complain about my requests to have the vehicle put on lifts for me to visually inspect the suspension/frame. Izzy was very transparent about the services done to the vehicle, and let me further inspect the vehicle to confirm that those parts/services were actually installed/performed. I highly recommend anyone to use Florida pre-owned If considering buying a used vehicle.
