Super fast and excellent customer service. I've been looking for a car for my son since December. Everywhere I go, prices are different than whats listed. Here, at Super Car Miami Group, price was exactly as posted. Came in at 10:15 and was done by 11:45. Staff was well educated and very respectful. If you are looking for a honest dealer, this is where you need to go. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Don’t waste your time the bank they do business with is very shady , my fiancé purchased a vehicle here here payments here 147 a week she missed one week but paid doubled the week after , they Repo’d the car and said she never made payments on the car ?????? How is that when we have received payment emails from you guys ? Then stated the payment was being processed for the insurance and interest nothing was being paid on the actual vehicle. My issue is why not contact us and explain that it’s simple we would have made more payments. Places like these work for their pockets and not the people. GO to AuctionDirect auto group they are a much better buy here pay here !

I had a great experience. I needed a car for my business and I expressed to Dani my sales rep what I needed and he was very attentive. Dani was amazing. I was in and out in 2 hours with my purchase from start to finish. I would recommend. Updated: 1 week later I have to change my review I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A VEHICLE HERE. At the time my business car was purchased it was a smooth process. Customer service was on point…. Fast forward 4 days after purchase I called the owner Adrian to inform him of the issues I was having. 1. Key doesn’t work 2. Car was dirty inside and not detailed ( car was purchased at night) the air engine filter and also another filter light came on. Car oil level was also low 3. Tire which needed air during the test drive needed air again. He referred me to the warranty dept by BRIO. Knowing damn well they wouldn’t cover the issues. I informed him that they did not agree to address the issues and that was the last I heard from him. I have been reaching out with no call backs and no success. My engine light is now on 1 week after purchase and I will be returning the vehicle. IT WAS EASY TO TAKE MY MONEY BUT HARD TO GET ISSUES THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED PRIOR TO PURCHASE ADDRESSED

I purchased a 2020 Nissan Maxima (blue) from this place … The car had been act up since the 2nd day I got it …. The financial department told me to take it to there mechanic 3 TIMES and it’s still doing the same thing as before because they don’t k ow what’s wrong with it …. I only had the car 1MONTH & 2 WEEKS ( Oct 3) …. I don’t recommend buying a car from this place …. You will regret it … they sell ALL REBUILT cars… they knew something was wrong with this car that’s why they was pressuring to sell it that day …. The check engine stay on and the car jerk and shakes every time is in Drive. LAWYERS ARE ON THE JOB NOW!!!!
