I am extremely concerned with how this transaction was handled. The pricing presented appeared inflated, and a credit inquiry was conducted without my clear authorization or a finalized agreement on the numbers. Running a credit check under these circumstances is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. Because this inquiry was made without proper consent and has now negatively impacted my credit score, I will be disputing the inquiry with the credit bureaus and requesting its immediate removal. I will also be filing formal complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Better Business Bureau so this matter can be properly reviewed. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue all available options to ensure my credit profile is corrected and to hold the parties involved accountable for the negligence displayed in this process. Everything was good with the dealer until Saily started treating my wife and my son with a really bad attitude. She was rude and tried to make us pay more money for a different plate when I had mine already. She was super difficult to work with. The other guy was really good and helpful.
