Tesla Kissimmee

This was my first Tesla purchase, and the experience exceeded my expectations. After reading some of the reviews, I was skeptical at first, but I’m glad I moved forward because it turned out to be one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Most of the process was completed online beforehand, which made everything smooth and efficient. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted and assisted right away. Lorenzo was fantastic throughout the delivery process. He confirmed the Model 3 I purchased, brought it in from the lot, and ensured everything was ready. All of the paperwork, registration, tag, insurance, and keys were already prepared. Even though I arrived a bit late for my appointment and he had other customers waiting, he still took the time to walk me through the vehicle and give me a full tutorial before I sent the final payment. He even ran the car through the wash before delivery. The car looked and smelled great. The entire process was quick and efficient. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience. Lorenzo provided excellent customer service.

From start to finish, my wife and I had a great experience purchasing a pre owned model 3 for our daughter. Came in on a very busy Saturday and Lorenzo was fantastic to work with. She test drove two different cars and we looked at several others at our leisure on the lot. Lorenzo was very personalable and answered all of our questions. We found the car we wanted to purchase and paid the $500 deposit. We scheduled our pickup for the following Saturday at 5 pm. We arrived at 4:51 pm on the scheduled pick up day (today) and Lorenzo was also working and helped us again. He took us out to inspect the car around 5:05 pm and installed the license plate while we looked the car over. The car was detailed nicely inside and out and had 94% charge. We made final payment in the Tesla app and we on our way out of the store by 5:15. We have now purchased a new and a pre owned Tesla. Great buying experience both times and super easy. We will never purchase from a traditional dealership again.

All went well. First experience was not great but turn out to be great. All the way to north from south had camping slept to arrive the earliest possible so we can take the preowned model 3 for my son first Car!!! Reserved a vehicle which my gut feeling tells me to go and check the vehicle. As the process go look at the vehicle I wasn’t happy at all. The reservation did not go through due to technical errors. I cancelled and look for another car. Decided to look new vehicle same day and available only to find out family looking at it too. As I’m looking at the car and trying to go inside. I went inside and told the agent the car was in front and some else test driving the car I’m trying to reserve. Same Vin. My gut feeling again says to reserve it. The agent said first come first serve. Even they test drive the car it’s still showing on my screen. So my son did the process and bought it. It’s meant to be. Reserved what you see in person. They test drive it for us. Ohh boy what an experience will forever remember! From my husband who was our driver and annoying me for being pushy, keep saying reserved the car now! lol and promised me camping by the beach St Pete’s, ended up camping at the parking lot close to Tesla with our Cici dog barking the people the passing through! In the past few weeks, my husband and I have been exploring different Tesla vehicle models. Yesterday, we visited the Tesla location in Clermont, which was very clean, organized, and pleasant to visit though the inventory was somewhat limited. Today, November 6, 2025, we visited the Tesla Store in Kissimmee, Florida. Unfortunately, our experience there could have been much better. Upon arrival, we waited about ten minutes before anyone offered assistance. My husband approached an employee for help, and the only response we received was, “Wait for someone.” The store would benefit greatly from additional staffing and improved customer service training, especially considering the high level of interest in Tesla vehicles. Once we were finally assisted, our experience turned around thanks to Jesus, the representative who helped us. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. He answered all of our questions clearly and professionally, both in English and Spanish, which we truly appreciated. His excellent communication and customer care made a strong positive impression. When reviewing the six-passenger vehicle, we noticed that the rear seats were quite small so much so that only a baby could fit, and even then, very uncomfortably. One major area that needs attention is cleanliness. The desks and floors were noticeably dirty, and the restroom was in disappointing condition. This was surprising and unfortunate, especially when compared to the much cleaner Clermont location. Overall: Jesus provided outstanding service, but the Kissimmee location has significant room for improvement in cleanliness, organization, and customer service efficiency.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience purchasing a pre-owned Tesla from the Tesla location in Kissimmee. The vehicle was purchased as a gift from my husband, and we trusted that it had been properly inspected before being offered for sale. Unfortunately, after taking delivery and connecting the vehicle to the Tesla app, we discovered multiple service alerts and outstanding service items that had never been disclosed to us before the purchase. We believe these issues should have been identified and addressed during Tesla’s pre-delivery inspection. Had we been informed of these outstanding service needs, it would have affected our decision to accept the vehicle in its current condition. To make matters worse, Tesla Mobile Service was dispatched to our home, but none of the reported issues were resolved. Despite this, we were still charged for the service visit, which is very frustrating considering the problems existed at the time of sale. We purchased this vehicle expecting it to meet Tesla’s quality standards for a certified pre-owned vehicle. Instead, we have experienced inconvenience, disappointment, and unexpected costs.
