Listen the ONLY good thing about the company is the very nice woman Evelyn that works there … but their “ mechanic “ ain’t worth nothing .. he is rude . He has NO CLUE what he is doing with cars .. they’ve scammed me twice with cars .. they buy cars from the auction clear all the lights and codes off the sensors . Then put them straight on the lot for sale …. The last car that I got from them had transmission issues and they told me they would give me a broken transmission and that I would have to rebuild it and put it in my car my self … he gave me attitude the whole time . Way over priced everything ,, I mean the absolute ONLY thing that’s good about them like I said is the nice woman Evelyn she needs to leave that company she is to sweet for them .

as nice as they seem or treat u do not trust them. my mom bought me a car on June 24, 2022 and less than 24hours the engine light turned on. my mom went back to return it or see what they could do to help and sum random guy came and interrupted her and the manager and they didn't do anything to check the car or offer to help. they like fooling people by being nice to then treat them like nothing. the cars aren't worth nothing they are worth under $5,000 for trading while they are fooling everyone by selling them more than $8,000, this place is trash and the people in it too being two faces, trying to be the victims, this place needs to be closed. they also gave me old keys with broken buttons that came off and they never gave me an extra key to replace them when the first ones break. how am i supposed to lock my car when the lock button came off??. crazy…

I purchased a car from this company for my daughter. The car had issues.y daughter couldn't accelerate to clear an intersection which resulted in a accident. I was required to buy insurance to cover the vehicle if it should be involved in a accident. If the vehicle is a total loss the insurance pays off the loan on vehicle. I use progressive insurance. The claims department advised that they could not pay off the value of the vehicle because when they pulled the report on the vehicle. They found that the odometer had been tampered with. In the state of Florida that is illegal. When progressive denied pay off on the vehicle, they advised me to after them legally as this is now going to reflect negatively on my credit report. They advised if I take them to court they will provide the actual report on the vehicle. This is an illegal practice. Worse is the fact that progressive denied paying the car off because first trading company tampered with the odometer. Beware, check your sales contract and pay attention to the milage. If the milage on your sales contract is wrong or not filled out. Inquire why? I am now in the process of retaining attorney to address this issue.
