I want to say Carlos is one of the fairest and most honest individuals I’ve ever met purchasing a vehicle. I told him the car I wanted and he immediately told what minor issues the car had and also the great things about the car. I waited to make this review after purchasing a 2019 BMW X3 from Carlos. I purchased my SUV back in April so it has been roughly 3 months. I wanted to make sure the great service I received when I walked in the door the first time was genuine and consistent and that the car was a quality car. I can verify that Carlos and his team all deserve 10 stars. He was easy to communicate with, very affordable, and just an all around great guy! He stood true to his word on everything since day one with price, plate, warranty, everything! I have never had an easier and comfortable car buying experience before coming here. I really didn't set out to buy a Honda Accord, though I previously owned a 2013 EX-L. But I know that they are very reliable cars and have great resale value. I simply went online and Google my price range. Then, I set up appointments on Thursday, 3/26 with about five different dealers, including Used Car Factory. This was my third stop; I also had two other vehicles there to look at. But, I test drove the 2016 Honda Accord EX Coupe CVT—no other was necessary! Buying was simple as Carlos, who is knowledgeable and easygoing, also gave me a 30-day Warranty on the engine and transmission. He also met my out-the-door price, gave me the CarFax, and fixed the 2 issues before I took possession! This was my BEST car buying experience, ever!

This man is a scam artist. I thought that I was buying a car from a private owner. Once I transferred the the money and I asked for the title he said the title is at his office. Which he really didn’t mean his office he meant Carlos the office of this Dealership. So this man uses a car dealerships license to go to auctions to buy cars then when you buy the car, you have to go to the dealership to pay tax tax entitled when I wanted to just go to the DMV. He wouldn’t let me I had to go through him because the title is in the dealers name. When I got there and asked him why I had to do it like this he said that the man that I bought it from who didn’t speak, English was an illegal and was trying to get rid of the cars he do have. Not to mention when I bought the car from him, he said everything was OK Come to find out that it has a big transmission issue that he doesn’t want to fix or take the car back. I made Carlos drive the car and he claimed that the car was fine and he knew that it wasn’t. I signed paperwork with him on March 2. I got a paper tag that expired on March 30. I didn’t get my registration and my sticker sent to me as agreed. I had to have somebody go and get it for me on 16 April. He claims that he’s always in the office by himself but when I was there, it was another guy there too. He always use that excuse. I’m in the office by myself. I’m in the office by myself. Well it sounds like you need to hire someone or get out of this business. I didn’t read the paperwork and he said that he inspected the car. He did not inspect the car. I will be filing a small claims lawsuit against him and the two other guys that he’s in cahoots with. Update: how do you explain telling me that I am buying from an illegal your words and he needs to get rid of inventory and then charging me $80 for registration and only giving me two months of registration instead of registering my car for the next year. That is concerning your business, not his
