paparazzi is the best!! the whole process was great. Great car, easy and fast paperwork. i will only use paparazzi for my used cars. i will be back when it’s time for my kids to get cars.

I bought a car from them 3 months ago, unfortunately for me it was sold as-is boy I wish I went with my guts on not trusting them. 5 mins after exiting the lot the car had troubles, originally they were kind and offered to pay for repairs. After alleged 2k they spent and a month wait the car was ready. I go pick it up and drive away only to have the same issue. I was beginning to loose my trust in them as they've had poor communication through this process I barely had a clue what was going on. Supposedly they replaced the radiator, distributor and fuel injectors. Well fast forward to me towing the car home to take it to my local mechanic only for me to find out the my head gasket was blown and only 2 of 8 fuel injectors were replaced and the others were in bad condition. So the cars a lemon, sad for me but i bought it as-is. However there was something we wrote in contract to fix the AC which was not working at the time of purchase. They said they would get the part, it took 3 months to get it and when my local mechanic installed it, still no AC. I went ahead and talked to the dealer about getting this fixed I offered to get a quote and have the AC repaired but now they are brushing there hands clean because I took it away from their mechanic. As if I could even trust their mechanic after there failed repair and complete miss of the head gasket being blown. I wouldn't trust these people at all and even if they offer a warranty I pretty sure they'll find a way to weasel themselves out. Not like I'd trust any warranty repairs they would do anyways.
