She made everything possible when everything around felt like it was the end of the world. U never know how u get to that point but her 2nd chances are genuine and sincere. I recently bought my vehicle with executive car sales. I received a service of excellence and respect. They gave me several options, to get one that suited my needs and my budget. They offered me a good deal that I couldn't resist. Junior (the owner) was very honest and friendly. I recommend them 100%

We got a flat tire a few weeks after purchasing and had to leave it on 75 overnight until could get a new tire. Within the 6 hours the car was towed due to illegal tags on the vehicle, apparently the dealership had yet to transfer the tag over into our name placed the old tags on our car illegally therefore car was impounded. Dealership claims that what they did was legal however according to the state trooper and the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles we should have been issued a temporary tag until their paperwork was processed. The dealership finally got the car out of impound and then forced us to pay impound fees for the 3 days while we waited on them to straighten the tag information. We were unable to pick up the car from impound due to the vehicle not being registered to us. had the dealership taken ownership for this and corrected this and apologized for their error we could have been more understanding. to make matters worse we found out that they sold a vehicle to us that had a reissued flood title without legally being informed that it had a flooded title. please beware and do research when purchasing as they resell mostly rebuilt titles. we are very appreciative of the fact that my son was able to get a car with no credit low payments however this whole situation could have been handled with more honesty and integrity therefore there is a lot of trust in what this dealership is doing.

Sold my son a real lemon. The car started having trouble the next day! They said they'd "make it right" still had trouble after they so called fixed it. After my husband confronted the owner they said they'd fix it......again, then gave my son a hand written bill on a sticky note!! But the car is still doing everything it did before they "fixed" it! Very unprofessional place. I would never recommend in a million years, to even my worst enemy. I don't know how they sleep at night or look at themselves in the mirror, selling young kids (or anyone) a vehicle like this. Now he's making payments on an unreliable vehicle that can't be driven half the time!! They should really be ashamed of themselves.
