Budget Auto Sales Of SWFL

We did not have the least bit of a problem with these guys. Chris did exactly what he said he would do for us and made it an enjoyable experience being there. We did not have much for a down payment and he managed to find a way around that and got us quite a good car. A fairly low mileage Ford Focus that is in really good shape. We have nothing but good words for these guys.

I was greeted and treated with respect and knowledgeablity of the vehicles on the lot, and the finance manager was very helpful and they put me in the vehicle I wanted, thank you very much, I appreciate all third help and support. I highly recommend them to anyone

We purchased a van a year ago from this business. We were promised a second set of keys and a couple of other fixes that never happened. He seemed genuine and honest at time of sale, but turned out to be just another scammer promising the world and never delivering. Tags took over a month to arrive, would have been faster for us to do it ourselves.

I bought a van from these guys and 12 miles down the road it started running rough I had to wait until the next day to pick it up. They were supposed to put seat belts in it as well (didn't happen) The following day the water pump went out. They said that they would put me in something else wile it was being fixed (didn't happen) I had to wait there 5 hours until the drunken mechanic got it fixed. I told them then I don't want this van. Any way it sat in my driveway for 5 weeks with no seatbelts until they finally sent a tow truck to repossess it now they said that I can't get my $2500.00 down payment back... I had the BBB try to mediate with no luck. Buyers, there is a lot of other places that are reasonably honest stay away from these con artists!!!

Place is a scam went in to look for a car and was going to get one but couldn't until a couple days later , they told me I can leave $500 to hold it and it's fully refundable no matter person seemed honest so decided to . But then other stuff in life came about to could not purchase a car at the moment anymore and when I asked for the refunded they were acting like they never received it and would not give me my money back . I then spoke to the owner I think it was , I could be wrong but then he kept telling me they don't do refunds and that the money I gave was told it was non-refundable. This place is a bunch of liars and crooks . Luckily I went to my bank and told them what had happened that they were scamming and they person at my bank helped out a bunch and got me my money back since I had made the payment on card . Don't buy from this place
