Avoid this lot. Gross negligence, dangerous vehicles, and predatory business practices!! My father and I purchased a used vehicle, a 2016 Chevy Cruze, here on February 7th, and it has been an absolute nightmare. The vehicle was delivered in an illegal, unsafe condition, violating Florida Statute 316.610. Upon immediate inspection, we discovered the vehicle had literally zero front brake pads installed, completely bald tires, and a missing rearview mirror. They explicitly promised to provide a replacement mirror later but never fulfilled that promise. My father is a professional mechanic and had to personally buy and install the missing front brakes, tires, and mirror out of pocket just to make the vehicle street-legal, and my uncle had to purchase the new tire sensors. We have timestamped photographic proof of the missing mirror from day one, along with the auto parts receipts. On top of the safety issues, Vox Automotive also violated state law by taking over 60 days to provide our permanent registration tag, forcing us onto an expired second temporary tag. They acknowledged this illegal delay by granting us a one-time $50 credit off a weekly payment for the 'inconvenience.' The engine suffered a total, catastrophic failure on June 6th—in under 4 months of ownership. It completely blew out while me and my friends were sitting in a turning lane coming home from a Pembroke Pines arcade with friends, leaving us stranded in an active intersection and overall a dangerous situation. Had no idea there were engine issues, and the car was perceived to be fine, minus some minor issues we could fix. The dead vehicle is currently in their mechanic’s physical possession. While they acknowledged the mechanical disaster via email, their response was predatory. When we tried to see if we could transfer over to a functioning vehicle, they were more money hungry instead of helping their consumers and demanded a brand-new down payment of up to $1,500 depending on the car. Also, their communication is terrible; they rarely answer the phone when my dad calls during normal business hours on business days. My dad explicitly told them we are refusing to make payments on a broken car that is sitting on their lot, and our account is overdue, since we aren’t paying on a car we don’t even have. Mind you, I barely drove the car, and never drive negligently. I probably drove it like once or twice a week, and mainly on just weekends. I would let the car run in my front yard time to time so it doesn’t go bad. They are now trying to report this voluntary surrender as a default repossession to damage our credit. We have officially filed a formal fraud and consumer endangerment complaint with the Florida Office of the Attorney General (Case pending). We are also going to be filing a report to FLHSMV as well. As you see from other terrible reviews, it’s always a recurring problem with this company. I saw more good reviews than bad and let the bad ones pass.. I only saw the good, and now I completely regret that decision!! Should have listened. And you will also see the company reply to other peers passive aggressively. I expect them to do the same to me. I will not keep quiet. I gave this place way too many chances, but there is only so many you can give. I thought they were protecting us as consumers, but rather they are protecting their pockets. Do not buy from Vox Automotive!!!! Save your money, and save your time. Have a blessed day for whoever reads this!! UPDATE!! I knew they would respond. Also yes, we did buy extended warranty when we originally purchased the car. We took it off LATER on. I still have the contract when we did. So no, you are lying. Me and my father has saved every single EMAIL you have sent us so there is no reason to be lying, and again we will be reporting this business for negligence. It is illegal to sell a car without front brakes regardless if the car is “as-is” or not. You can’t throw “as-is” around and expect to not face legal consequences.We bought the brakes the next day after we bought the car. STOP LYING!!

They pressured me into buying a lemon as a current service member ,I’m very displeased with this establishment 2,000 grand gone down the drain. This business is not squared away. They need to do better with how they prep their cars for sale my income is sufficient enough to buy a car out right and that’s what I’m going to do .If you are reading this don’t purchase any car from them .if you do decide to purchase Pop the hood and take the engine apart first to see the wear and tear.
