I’m very pleased with the service at Road King aura sales I came here with bad credit and a Repo and with just 1000 I was able to buy the card I wanted, the vehicle I wanted was not available in the lot and they went above and beyond they purchased the car I wanted for me had it delivered to the dealer and a few days later I took my car!! Engine failed three weeks after purchase. Owner says it's not his problem. I purchased a 2018 Ford Transit from Road King Auto Sales in March 2026. Delivery took two weeks longer than initially represented. The vehicle was delivered to my home in Northwest Florida. Within hours of delivery, I noticed fluid in and around the engine bay and documented it immediately with photos and video. Three weeks later, the engine suffered catastrophic failure. Ford diagnosed the cause as turbo line coolant leak into the engine and overheating leading to hydrolock, which I later found out is a known issue on the 3.5L EcoBoost engine. The repair quote is $26,000 (more than I paid for the vehicle). At the time of sale, the dealership pushed a $3,000 extended warranty on me, and I was told - both before and after the sale - that it would cover engine issues. That warranty denied the claim, citing the standard coolant loss and overheating exclusion. The dealer collected $3,000 for a warranty that does not cover the exact failure that occurred three weeks later. The owner's current position is that if the warranty won't cover it, there is nothing he can do. I am a family man with seven children and I am now making loan payments on a vehicle that cannot be driven. I have retained documentation of everything from day one and am pursuing all available legal remedies. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, I would strongly encourage you to have any vehicle independently inspected before signing, and to get every representation about warranty coverage in writing.
