I purchased a vehicle in 2018 from Stan. I'm happy to report that vehicle is still going strong and has taken me to everywhere from Florida to Indiana to Colorado to Oklahoma to New York to Texas and back to Florida many times. I would DEFINITELY buy another vehicle from Stan

What a stretching opportunity to grow patient..This is no harshness on the establishment behalf just did not have a great professional closed sale experience. Pros: I got refunded of my down payment for a vehicle (sage green MKX Lincoln) Love that there were children in the office this is always a softening to the hardened heart. Left peacefully. They held a car (sage green MKX Lincoln) for us to provide requested allotted down payment. Jose was nice but not sure if he was competent in the process… Stan was professional. Cashier or secretary was a doll especially her 08month daughter. Cons: upon finalized day of purchase we discovered moon roof did not work. Car was supposedly detailed but still looked dirty, inconveniences on going to bank to cash the check for refund to learn I needed to come back to deposit money back to cards debited vs. a paper check. I am grateful we did not move forward w/sale cause too many red flags.

I had a very frustrating experience with Stan Auto Sales. The biggest issue is that they perform major repairs without authorization. I was charged for work that I did not approve, and at no point was I given an estimate or the opportunity to make an informed decision. Instead, there was pressure to accept the repairs after the fact, which is completely unacceptable. Customers should always be informed and give consent before any major work is done. Communication from the owner was also very poor. When I tried to address the situation, there was little effort to resolve the issue or take accountability. It felt like their negligence was pushed onto me as the customer. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I strongly recommend others be cautious—ask for everything in writing and do not allow any work to be done without clear approval first.

Watch out. I was helped by an online salesman who was professional and helpful even still to this day. However when I got to the dealer things were not as they explained. The mileage listed on the vehicles was way off. My wife bought a vehicle from here too and the owner was pleasant to deal with until something went wrong with the car less than a week of owning. When we went to talk to the owner his solution was you can give the car back but you don’t get your deposit back. We explained we were concerned with this particular mechanical issue because this vehicle is a daily commuter with our children. His response I don’t know what to tell you. The salesman seemed uninterested didn’t even offer for a test drive. When I inquired about an aftermarket warranty they told me I don’t need it because I have a 90 day warranty but they only cover 50%. Honestly Brad the online salesman and the Asst office manager are the only people you will get honesty from. Once Stan has your money he doesn’t care and won’t entertain a conversation with you.
