It was an absolute pleasure working with Nick to purchase an upfit high roof 2020 Ford Transit 350 for our mobile repair business. It was my first time buying a commercial van and I reviewed probably hundreds of listings before I came across his listing on Facebook Marketplace. He responded immediately and answered all my questions throughly. Since we’re a few hours away, Nick did a video call with us to show us the van and went through all the details of the van and all the interior equipment that came as part of the upfit. When we drove out to see and pick up the van, Nick took the time to show us how everything worked and was very easy to work with to complete the deal. Love these guys. After weeks, looking for a transit cargo van for my painting business, I noticed one of Nick’s videos on Facebook. I took the hour drive and the van was exactly as described. The dealership was a little bit busy that afternoon so Greg, who I learned to be the owner stepped in and helped to process my paperwork without even ever saying that he was the owner. Not long in the process, Greg, Nick and Jason were helping me along the way with financing. I had forgotten some of my paperwork, so the process took a while and by the end of the evening I felt like these men were my friends. It was the only time I’ve ever had a good time purchasing a vehicle. Being a business owner, I watched how Greg interacted with his staff and was impressed. I saw a truck from them on auto trader that caught my eye, so I messaged one of the salesman mark, and he was very helpful from the jump. I drove about two hours to come see the truck and they definitely made it worth my while. I looked over the truck myself but wanted to get a professional opinion on the reliability of the truck, so they allowed me to take it to ford to get an inspection done which gave me peace of mind. When it came time to talk numbers they were very lenient with my young budget, and gave me a good value for my trade in. I forgot a picture in my old truck that meant a lot to me and they were nice enough to mail it to me. Great guys and very easy to do business with.
