It is hard for a 22 year old woman to find an honest mechanic. I've gone to so many people giving me outrageous quotes and wasting my time only for me to walk away to start the process all over. Andes auto repair is filled with honest and genuine people. I live a good 30 mins away and will always put the effort into going there because I know they will treat my car with care have an honest price. For the first time I don't feel the need to have a man with me at the mechanic to make sure they aren't going to screw me over.

I'm visiting Florida from NC and away from my regular mechanic. I wasn't sure who I could trust here to work on my Toyota Sienna minivan. I was hearing brake noise & was told by another shop that I needed new front brakes/rotors. So, i called around andI made an appt. at Andes after talking with them because they had the best price & seened like good people. It turns out that my brakes were fine. I had plenty of brake pad left. So, a big THANK YOU to Mike and all of the crew at Andes It's rare to find an honest and ethical auto-repair shop, and I'm grateful for their integrity.. They have my business for whatever my car needs whenever I'm in the area!

I don't want to do this, but I saw a vehicle on Facebook marketplace from this car dealer, and it said numerous time that they are only open till 1pm on Saturday I proceeded to drive the 1 & 1/2 hours to this place, so when I arrived at 12:30pm I should have had a 1/2 to at least look at the vehicle. From the get go by the pictures that I saw, I was looking forward to purchasing this vehicle. When I got there the gates were locked, but I knew I still had 1/2 hour, so I saw a man opening the gate and went and asked are you not open? His response was were not open on Saturday or Sunday. I told him about the ad on Facebook marketplace and he said, "We'll have to change that." There was a 1 &1/2 hours of my time traveling all the way there for nothing. What a way to run a business.

I called them because they were referred. Boy did I ever make a mistake. The owner Craig knew my problem coming in. He told me he knew what would fix the problem. I paid him $850 to fix my AC. We’ll i took it back less then a week. He turned around and charged me another $800. Three days later my truck is blowing warm air. He says there a leak and it’s going to cost me more money. I’ve been lied to from the beginning and after over $1,600 the truck still doesn’t have air conditioning. He’s not even making an attempt to make things right. The owner Craig has left me no option but to take him to small claims. Do not take your vehicle to have work done!!!There’s nothing worse then someone telling you know what the problem is and what’s going to fix it then it never was the problem
