I recently purchased a Kia Sorento from Martin Kia. The entire experience was pleasant, friendly and respectful. My salesperson, Ed Fermin, was a pleasure to work with. He is honest, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, not to mention patient with all of my questions. I feel that the sales manager, Jesse, was upfront and honest and I am very happy with the deal we negotiated. The dealership itself is clean, comfortable and pleasant. I also interacted with a few other personnel and they were all very pleasant and appear to be happy with their careers at Martin Kia. I highly recommend Martin Kia for anyone interested in purchasing a new car at an honest price.

I was treated with honesty, kindness and transparency - and efficiency! Stephanie Pelzer was my sales rep and answered every question, and once when she didn't know, she found the answer. We negotiated fairly - even though I was aggressive - and came to a great price on the 2026 EV9. I was precise about the colors, trim and options, and I wasn't pushed toward others like some dealers do. Also, they got my details right - twice at other dealers they brought me a 2nd row bench when I was explicit about checking out 2nd row Captains - this is for the EV9 (a car you should definitely consider, and you should talk to Stephanie (or mgr Jesse) at Martin Kia.

i would just like to brag about my KIA Service Team, the care my Seltos receives is outstanding. I just would like to THANK YOU ALL!! But I would appreciate it, if when prices are increased for services or parts is there a place where we as customers can be advised. So Its not a shocker when its time to pay$$.
