What can I say a great buy! From the time I reached out I received quick response and call back contact. Easy test drive appointment. Payment and registration setup was not time consuming. If ever I need I another vehicle I would love to buy, I’m definitely going to check with these guys first. Not to mention prices are very reasonable for any budget. My husband and I are starting a new financial adventure and was so glad we purchased our first investment vehicle with this dealer. He was beyond helpful and the car we brought from him was in great condition, plus the price was very reasonable, no negotiation necessary. What more can a customer ask for, wait there's more, we lost the title for the car (enter new parents of a two year old). The dealer move mountain to get us a replacement title which was tricky due to the fact the car was brought from a auction but nonetheless he got a new title for us with a smile. I bought a car in December and issues with it I brought it back and thought is was taken care of but it wasn’t maybe just miscommunication but still had problems and we are going on a few months of having car so I thought the dealer would do nothing to help, after finally reaching out again the owner spoke with me and came up with a fair plan to remedy the situation I’m picking it up today and assume it will be picked up today and he sent several pics of the progress. As long as repairs are done efficiently which I believe they are then I’m pleased with golden motors and will use them again for future vehicles. Thank you again Mohamed for understanding and going above and beyond to get me back on the road
