Very satisfied with my experience at this dealership. The team was welcoming, honest, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Today I spoke with Leo at 1 PM. During our conversation he expressed to me how well the car drives. During our conversation he asked me would I be able to come in? I told him I had to speak with my friends he said I’ll send someone to come get you and about two hours. Two hours later I got a phone call from his wife and his wife was explaining that she was on her way to come get me to bring me to the dealership, once you pick me up, we had one of the best conversations two women could have. She also sold me on the Subaru before I got there. Once I test drove this car. I knew it was mine. Leo asked was I buying today or were they taking me home. I said I was buying if I could. Or I would be back next week. That man worked his magic and made sure within 6 hours of me reaching out, I had the car of my dreams. I can’t thank that team all the way around the board for making me feel like I was family without knowing me, and helping me in one of my worst times.

They have an extremely welcoming family vibe. They work with you when you think you don't have enough to have a car you really love and will even go out of there way for you if you are struggling and life happens and your payment is a few days behind - not many other used dealers will work with people and look at the person as an individual not a dollar sign .. and can empathize with them and overall work with anyone. I would give them a thousand stars if I could I just bought my car with deals on wheels Friday and will be getting my Beautiful unique scion tc tomorrow after work and I'm counting the seconds! Highly recommended!

Edit - NOBODY CARES ABOUT A STUPID AUTO REPLY MESSAGE SERVICE TO “HANDLE” reviews. It’s not real and it’s not a real person who works for the company. Byeeeee. I do not recommend this dealership for a car purchase. There is a list of reasons. Their staff dressing so unprofessional to be in the business of sales. I like dogs but to have a dog in there is not professional especially if some person has an allergy or scared just not a good look for a car business. I got Attitude issues from almost every person I’ve dealt with there when I was having issues right after I bought my car . The owner is never there and if she is there she refuses to talk to me when i have an issue or concern as if she is scared or something. On top of that she does not know anything about the actual cars besides what we as general public can see from a website ourselves. She doesn’t know the basics about repairs on a car. I got told to do something for the issue for my car by her that actually had nothing to do with the problem of my car but she “SWORE” by it. They all just are pretty clueless in there. They will sell you something knowing it has issue and promise to fix it but then if the other owner isn’t there nothing can be done. They do not care about people just about your money. ⭐ 1 Star – DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ⭐ Update to my previous review I previously left a review about the issues I had immediately after purchasing a 2021 Honda Accord Sport from this dealership. Unfortunately, the situation has gotten even worse. After having my car for about a month “on and off”, they finally called me and said the car was ready. I was told they replaced the turbo and the battery. However, they also admitted that two warning lights are still on the dashboard, including the traction control light. When I asked why the lights were still on, I was told their shop does not have the equipment to reset them and that I would need to take the car to a Honda dealership to have the lights cleared. Let me be clear — I’m being asked to pick up a car that still has warning lights on the dashboard and then take it somewhere else to fix it, at my own expense. Lou told me that I need to take it and pay for it. Meanwhile, a payment is being drafted out of my account as I type this update and have barely been able to use it because it has been in their possession for repairs. A vehicle should be delivered to a customer in proper working condition, not with unresolved warning lights and instructions to go finish the repair somewhere else. To make matters worse, every time I try to speak to management, the owners are conveniently “not available.” This has been a very frustrating experience, and I strongly encourage anyone considering buying a car here to do their research and proceed with caution. I purchased a 2021 Honda Accord Sport from Deals on Wheels on February 7th for my son’s 17th birthday. Within DAYS of driving it off the lot, the vehicle began showing mechanical warning signs. The first day: automatic start/stop malfunction. A few days later: check engine light and emissions/sensor fault codes. When I returned to the dealership, management was “in a meeting” and unavailable. I said I’ll wait and then the owner came out. There was no apology, no urgency, and no accountability for selling a vehicle with immediate issues. I was told to bring it back during the week. Before I could, the battery completely died in my driveway and the car had to be towed. After keeping it, they claimed the codes “wouldn’t repeat”. That was false. The same warning lights returned within ONE day. On a later visit, a technician confirmed issues involving the turbo system and a failing battery that would not hold a charge. The vehicle has now been sitting at the dealership for repairs while my first car payment is approaching — and I have barely had possession of the car since purchase. The lack of professionalism and dismissive attitude from staff has made this situation even worse. When you purchase a vehicle — especially for your child — you expect honesty and reliability. Instead, I received a car with immediate mechanical problems and a dealership unwilling to take responsibility in a respectful way. Buyers beware. Have any vehicle independently inspected before purchasing here. I would not recommend Deals on Wheels to anyone.
