Just bought a 2015 Honda CR-V here and can’t recommend these guys enough. Super friendly, trustworthy, and reasonable. The car was priced very appropriately and I love it so much! They were even helpful in helping me get rid of my beloved beater ‘06 CR-V and were also very accommodating of my crazy work schedule and let me come in on Memorial Day to see the car. It was a total pleasure doing business with them and also probably the quickest I’ve ever bought a car!

Our son‘s car died and we were in a panic to try and find a new reliable vehicle. We got connected with Joe at Advanced Auto Group and he was able to save the day! He advised us on a safe vehicle that his dealership recently acquired. You could tell the vehicle was taken care of really well by the previous owner. Joe knew all the “ins and outs” of the car giving us great advice so that we would have it for a long time. Got my 2017 Chevy Silverado with the Apex package from joe at advanced auto group and all I can say is I am extremely satisfied ! The truck is great condition and joe made the process of getting it super smooth and easy. I even had a small issue with the truck and he paid for the work to get done on it. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Not long after purchasing my 2015 GMC Sierra, it developed a flashing check engine light and a cylinder 3 misfire. The truck would stutter around 20 mph, hesitate under acceleration, and left me worried about its reliability as my daily driver. I ended up spending my own time diagnosing the issue, replacing ignition parts, checking spark plugs and wires, and trying to figure out why a vehicle I had just purchased was already having problems. The truck also had an oil leak underneath, which raised concerns about whether it was coming from the engine or transmission. Having mechanical issues appear so soon after purchasing the vehicle was extremely frustrating and made me question how thoroughly the truck was inspected before it was sold. The financing process was also a major concern. The paperwork showed a $2,900 down payment even though I never actually paid a down payment. I was aware it was being included on the paperwork, but I was told it was just something being done to help with the deal. I do not feel that this was properly explained and believe customers should be made fully aware of exactly what they are signing and how it affects their loan. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. I expected to purchase a reliable truck, but instead I was left dealing with mechanical problems, stress, and concerns about the paperwork shortly after leaving the dealership. I would strongly recommend anyone considering buying from this dealership to have the vehicle independently inspected and carefully review every document before signing.
