Be very careful with this company. I was looking for a car and received a low-credit offer to buy a 2023 car at this dealership on Main Street in Bridgeport. They told me the monthly payment would be $360. A Hispanic woman told me this. When I got there, I sat down with another Hispanic woman and someone named Alessandra, and then they told me something different. They kept my $4,500 deposit and said the payment would actually be $540. I did not accept it and I did not sign any contract. I immediately asked for my deposit back because I did not do business with them. She told me the refund would be ready the next day at 10 a.m. The next day came, and she told me it would be the following day. They kept delaying and making excuses. Later I spoke with someone named Jacques and also the owner of the company. It has now been more than 10 days, and they still have not refunded my money. Every day they tell a different story. I have already called my bank twice, and the bank confirmed that there is no pending refund and they have not processed any reversal from this dealership. So they have been misleading us for over 10 days. I need this money to buy another car, and they are holding my $4,500 deposit, which we paid with a debit card, and they still have not returned it. We have all the receipts, records of phone calls, and proof of everything, and they still have not done anything. Now we are about to call the police because we cannot keep waiting after so many excuses and so much dishonesty. Be very careful with this company. They come with a smooth sales pitch, and the salespeople are trained to convince you that buying a car will be easy. But please be extremely careful if you don’t want to go through the nightmare that I am going through right now. Many people on Facebook are also reporting that they were scammed and that this dealership sells broken cars. My advice is: be very careful.
