I had a wonderful experience with Joe and his mom at West Haven Auto Sales. I can’t thank them enough. I bought my SUV last Friday, and just a few days later I’m still smiling about how smooth everything went. Joe is a great guy—easy to be around and nothing like the pushy, slimy salesman stereotype I can’t stand. As a business owner myself, I really enjoyed talking shop with him. I also appreciate the way he approaches purchasing cars—it’s very similar to how I would. Since I was traveling over 200 miles just to test drive, Joe went out of his way to accommodate me and make sure all my concerns were addressed. Vanessa was also very sweet, and together they made the whole experience a true pleasure. I’d absolutely do business with them again and highly recommend West Haven Auto Sales to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Be careful, this old lady accuses without any information, she doesn’t know anything and is very rude. She needs somebody to teach her how to treat the people , some customer service. I fell bad for her , it’s a shame for the bussines . And I’m not the only one that says she has a bad attitude with the people , you can read the other reviews and the way she anwser all the reviews , attacking the people , is deplorable.
