We traveled over an hour and a half because they had what we wanted in the price range I wanted. It was well worth it. Andrew was great and absolutely no pressure at all to buy. We have the Highlander home now and have driven it a good amount. We are extremely happy with the purchase. It's in great condition and we paid a very fair price. Highly recommend them!

(See PHOTO ATTACHED) if I could give zero stars I would. I went to this location because someone had told me that they do registration there. I dropped off the paperwork on a Saturday and at that time I was told that Monday I should have my plates and registration by the afternoon. I was calling all morning and afternoon that Monday (3/30/2026) for follow up. I didn’t live super close so I called about 10-15 times for an update with no answer. I left countless voicemails to no avail or return call back. I had to drive there to get to speak to someone for them to tell me it was ‘still processing and that I would get a call around 1-2pm.’ The time came and went. I then called after that for an update with no answer. I had to drive there for a second time on the same day when I was told I’d get a call. At that time there was a Spanish speaking ONLY male who told me the man left and would be back in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I left because no one showed up. NEXT DAY, Tuesday 3/31/26 I called and got an answer from a female who stated my information was “still processing” and she will call me when it’s ready. A few hours go by and I get a call back and was told they will not process my request because of THIS very bad review.(see refund reason, not doing for bad review) So when I was told it was “processing” Monday it’s clear they never even worked on it not even on Tuesday when I was told it was “processing.” (See attached photos from the date I was charged til the date I was refunded) SAVE your money. They charged me $367.00 granted I was refunded but I went to CT TITLE AND REGISTRATION SERVICES LLC on Main st in Stratford and was only charged $75.00 and it was quick, prompt, and professional. The customer service here is awful. Not worth it. Go to another auto place or the DMV. Very very unprofessional. Instead of being apologetic for THEIR Poor communication and lack of professionalism they cancelled the service. My brother is owner operated and has gone there numerous times for his dump trucks and also will no longer be utilizing them for services. This has since been reported to the DMV and better business bureau as well.
