I bought a car here about 10 months ago. I can’t remember the name of the salesperson I worked with, but I do remember that he was friendly—until I came back the very next day with a problem. The passenger seat switch had broken. When I returned to have it fixed, the salesperson became rude and dismissive. What I was told would be a simple repair ended up taking nearly three hours. For a few months, everything seemed okay. Then, around the five-month mark, the transmission failed. After paying to have that repaired, the car started going through coolant unusually fast. Now, only 10 months after purchasing it, I’ve been told the head gasket has likely blown. I’m now left owing almost three times what the car is worth, and I don’t even have a drivable vehicle. This has been an incredibly expensive and frustrating experience, and I feel completely let down by the quality of the vehicle I purchased.

As smooth and as easy as the process was, they knew they had me by the balls. I didn’t have much to choose from because of my credit, I only had $1800 to put down and I needed something ASAP as I am homeless. I needed a car to live in that I can also Uber in. I was told that the car had a full inspection done, nothing was wrong with it, that it just had high mileage. Boy was I fooled. Within the first 3 weeks, the car started making a clunking sound in the front. Sway bar links were broken, left lower tie rod end was falling off, and control arm. The brakes and rotors are completely worn, the back calipers need to be replaced, the motor for the parking brake is broken. There’s no fluid in the AC compressor. I have spent more on repairs than what the car is worth. I’m completely screwed and stuck with paying a ridiculous amount for a car that’s falling apart. Dont buy from here, and if you do, have a mechanic come look at the car before you sign the papers. Don’t listen to them talking about how people shouldn’t be afraid of high mileage vehicles. RUN.
