I could not be more satisfied with my experience at this establishment. Under new management, they have not been open for long. However, everyone I spoke to was beyond helpful and incredibly professional. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my selection and drove off the lot feeling more than satisfied. Their collection of vehicles are all desirable with a price point for everyone, and each of them are incredibly well maintained. I would suggest Best Auto Sales to anyone who is looking to purchase a new car.

We just bought an Audi A4 from Best Auto Sales for my daughter who just graduated from college. In my 35 years of buying cars, this was the best experience. The process was painless. The owner Rich and Adam the salesman were very friendly, honest and trust worthy. My daughter was very happy and appreciative of the excellent treatment and respect. They did everything for her, they registered the car and she drove it one day later. We still talk about the wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire team at Best auto sales for bringing happiness to my daughter.

What a great experience! Now one paid me to write this. I was simply treated with respect and professionally. I recently purchase an auto from Joe G. and he was friendly and easy to work with. The car was clean. The price was very competitive and Joe was upfront about the safety inspection fee. (which turned out to be only a few hundred dollars) I live in Milford and Manchester is a bit far but, I would travel this distance again to buy from Joe.

Getting a hold of them and making an appointment to see a car was challenging because they always seem to be "at an auction" or "going to get a car". When you finally do arrive, there's nowhere to park and you have to just make a space for your car blocking others in near the auto shop in the back. There was no pressure to buy which was nice but once we chose one, it felt like he was talking fast and a bit disorganized, even creating the registration in error and having to redo it right as we were about to drive away. I was helping my 74 year old mom buy a used car and she couldn't keep up with what was going on and what we were talking about. The price seemed fair though and the car ran fine until a deer totaled it. I had purchased a warranty for my mom and now that it's void, just a few months after purchasing the car, the warranty company tells me we need to work through Best Auto to get some of my money back. 10+ voice messages were left and I even drove over there once and there was no one there. We would've bought a replacement car there if they cared at all about past customers. We can't get a hold of anyone now and we're very frustrated because we are owed money.

They sold us a car with NO FENDER, DAMAGED AIRBAGS, and showed us a FAKE CAR FAX REPORT. I bought a car for what I thought was a fair price and I have had nothing but problems. I recently tried to sell it after only less than 2 years because of repairs it needs and only then did I see the true car fax which showed 4 major accidents, whereas the salesman at Best Auto Sales said there were NO accidents. I have another of the same car (same year and everything) and it’s in much better condition with 80,000 more miles on it. Do not go here, they are liars.
