They stayed professional, positive, and determined to make sure everything was handled properly. What stood out the most was that they genuinely cared about making sure I left happy—and I did. After looking at 37 cars, over three states, I found the perfect car in my own backyard at All County. Frank and Ash were professional and courteous. The BMW 35i that I bought was pristine and Frank’s knowledge about he vehicle was priceless. Buying from them was quick and utterly pleasant. I can’t believe what a seamless purchase this was. I can’t recommend All County Auto Sales enough! My experience with them has been incredible. I brought in my 2015 Hyundai Sonata, which desperately needed a new engine, and their team handled it with absolute professionalism. They took the time to walk me through what was needed, kept me updated every step of the way, and worked quickly to get me back on the road. But the real standout experience was with my 2020 Chevy Malibu. Even though I bought it from another dealership, I started having issues with the check engine light coming on, and no one could seem to fix it—until I went to All County Auto Sales. Frank, their lead mechanic, is hands-down the best in the business. He went above and beyond to diagnose and resolve the issue when others couldn’t, which saved me time, stress, and extra costs. I purchased a BMW car after seeing an advertisement on Facebook, where the seller Carlos from facebook directed me to All County Auto Sales and I dealt with Frank in person. At the time of purchase, the vehicle already showed a rear brake sensor warning, and Frank promised that this issue would be fixed the following Monday, which is why I proceeded with the purchase. After the sale, I contacted the dealership multiple times and was repeatedly told that the part was ordered but had not arrived, and the repair was never completed. About two weeks after buying the car, additional problems appeared, including oil level sensor warnings and battery-related issues, which prompted me to take the vehicle to an independent BMW specialist who found multiple fault codes. I then took the car to BMW North Haven, where it was diagnosed with a failed turbocharger auxiliary coolant pump and I was quoted approximately $4,000 for repairs. When I contacted All County Auto Sales to tell about the issue and to follow up on the promised brake sensor repair and to inform them of the BMW diagnosis, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, told me to “talk to Carlos,” claimed I did not purchase the car from them, and hung up the phone on me. After that, I texted Carlos multiple times explaining the situation and requesting assistance, but received no response at all. Between the dealership refusing responsibility and the Facebook seller completely ignoring me, I was left with a vehicle requiring major repairs shortly after purchase and no support whatsoever. I am sharing this experience so others understand the importance of getting a full diagnostic inspection before buying and having all promises in writing, and based on my experience, I would not recommend buying a vehicle from All County Auto Sales. as you replied so early after i posted the review when you guys saying that the vechile was stored at all county auto sales property then why the hell the money was taken by frank and i got recept from the all county auto sales? and i called exactly 3 times that to weekly once so dont say that i am keep on calling you. coming to treating respect to your employees first of all teach your employees how to talk to a customer i have all the call recordings and many people heard when i spoke to your employees how she started the conversation. so dont try to blame me instead of teaching your emplyees how to talk to a customer and please dont lie without any shame ok you guys are never ever offered me repair as a paid service. if you dont take change the review now i have to make this into a legal issue as you are defaming my behavior in the public.
