This is a real review: Whatever you do, do not go to the dealership. Take it from me, not only are the vehicles in extremely poor condition, but even their loaner vehicles are in extremely poor condition. The Mechanic is the worst. Yancey, the owner is so unbelievably unprofessional. Fully expect to pay five figures and get treated like absolute garbage. Your vehicle will stay with their mechanic for over a month. Five times he had my car! Nothing will get fixed either. The mechanic literally admitted to driving my car out of town and going grocery shopping in it and left his frozen groceries MELTING on my seats! They don’t care if you are pregnant, if you drive from Pueblo to Denver for your job, if you have doctor appointments that you need the vehicle for, or if you have children to drive around. They will try to pinch you out of every penny they can, and they will cuss you out and threaten you in the process. I Was literally given a price that I owed for services and within the same message I was told if I didn’t pay he was going to “ Rip out all the parts of my car and I can come pick it up after that”. I spoke with the owner and he said that that’s how they do it around there. Just to give you an idea, the financing company doesn’t trust this dealership so much that they forced me to get the $2000 warranty before I was able to drive it off the lot. The dealership told me three times that I actually had not purchased the warranty so that they could get $600 out of me, and then come to find out they charged me for things they had not even done. The day after getting my vehicle back, I checked the coolant because it had overheated after they had it for a full month and the coolant was completely empty! In this economy, we don’t have time to play with our finances. Please do not purchase a vehicle from this establishment! Literally an ongoing nightmare!

Do not recommend!! I was a first time car buyer, was told they only sell "reliable" cars at affordable prices. The only thing right about that statement was affordable price. I bought a car in early April, the day I drove it off the lot the engine light came on, took it to them to fix got it back a WEEK later the "fix” lasted not even day. Kept taking it back and receiving it in the same condition. To top it off the last time I gave them a chance to fix the problem they kept it over a week until my warranty ran out..convenient huh? My car wouldn’t top 40mph on the highway, constantly died and even started SMOKING!! Needless to say if you want a crap car to pour money into this is your place! Mind you I have traded it in already because of the issues with the car made it undrivable! Do not recommend!

STAY AWAY from this place!!! My daughter bought her 1st car from them in April 2025 and it started acting up within the first week with the check engine light coming on, misfiring and overheating! They took it to their mechanic, who had it for a week and supposedly “fixed” it after going through a full tank of gas that it had when we dropped it off??? That “fix” lasted a whole two hours and the same issues arose…. The same scenario occurred, they had it if for a week, used all the gas, supposedly fixed it again, and she got it back smelling like a smokers convention happened in it! This time the fix lasted a whole 12 hours and then the same issues! Off it goes again to their mechanic! They keep it long enough for the their 30 day warranty to expire and then say it’s fixed. This time the fix lasted a whole day, then everything came back! They refused to look at it any further without charging us after the warranty ran out. We believe they were just resetting the codes and calling it fixed just to get through their warranty period…. We ended up putting $500 more into it to get it running right on our own! Shame on these guys for taking advantage of a young first time car buyer!
