This is my second car with Carhop Ismariah and Phil in sales are amazing. I was in a bind and they really helped me out. They made me feel very comfortable and made the process as smooth as possible. Amazing same day approvals that help people with credit challenges. Will definitely be coming back. Mae in finance has been amazing with my first vehicle and always did her best to help understand any situation I was in and really made me feel like I could count on her to do the best she could to help me out when I had trouble. I’ve/we’ve been with carhop for 5 years now.. we’ve had some pretty good cars from them.(Chevy traverse, and Nissan rogue) Got one paid off. Got one more almost paid off, then well we decided to trade the two cars we got from them for this beautiful!! I’ve got nothing but nice things to say about the Pueblo CarHop location! And we thank them for always taking care of us!!

Frankly, the Pueblo crew to include Phil, Ashley, and Magen are highly unprofessional and lack in communication skills. They do not return calls timely; actually they just don’t call back at all. I have had to call their offices on the east coast and the Springs office just to reach someone. They need to get on the same page as well and be accountable. As for the car I purchased love it! 😊 Though it took this team over 6 weeks to fix what I was told they would. If it wasn’t for Integrity Auto, I would have returned the car just to not have to deal with this Pueblo office.
