My son and I looked around and he then found a car and they both worked with him to get into the car that day with a low down and low monthly payment! The whole place has a family-style atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Mike, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He makes you feel welcomed, heard, and confident in your choices. His selection of vehicles was excellent, and we were encouraged to test drive everything we were interested in without any rush. Willie, Mike’s brother and co-owner was very welcoming, well-informed, and patient with all our financial questions. He made what felt like a big, intimidating financial decision feel smooth and manageable. The cherry on top was Cooper’s consistent communication through the process & making sure the vehicle was good to go before we drove off the lot. Amazing! We walked in nervous, but we left happy, excited, and driving a vehicle that’s perfect for our family. I am so happy with my experience at Sprinkler Used Cars! I worked with Jesse for a day and a half over text before coming in, and he was incredible—he had everything lined up so the process was perfectly smooth when I arrived on Saturday. I found this Hyundai Elantra Limited Edition in mint condition with low mileage, and it is exactly what I was looking for. If you want a stress-free experience and a great deal, definitely ask for Jesse!

Sprinkler auto helped me out when I was desperate for a reliable vehicle. Their staff is friendly and extremely professional, they understand people who NEED a functional car and soon. Despite challenges I unintentionally brought they had flexible options. They have a mechanic ship that treats like a person who is concerned about the health of your vehicle, not another number on the list. I'll be recommending them to anyone I know who is in need of a good vehicle matching their credit and income.

Update 3: removing my request for them to fix the catalytic converter. It’s not going to happen but it’s also not fair of me to ask, I’ll concede. However my 1-star review remains as this company has a trend of people buying a vehicle and something bad happening to the car weeks to months later (read the low-rated reviews for yourself) I’ve never had this happen in my history of buying cars ANYWHERE. The car was purchased 4.5 months ago, not 6. I don’t think this is a coincidence. Buyer beware. UPDATE: wellp, unfortunately need to update my review. From 5 stars to 1 star. I wrote my original review 1 week ago— 4 months into ownership. Now, my catalytic converter went out. I don’t care how old a car is, that should never happen 4 months into driving a car off a lot. This is easily a $2k fix that I now have to come out of pocket for. Do NOT trust the 5 star reviews. The sales people pressure you into leaving a good review BEFORE they hand you the keys. I thought this was strange, but now I know why they do it. They know their cars will break down eventually so they try and get ahead of it by asking people to review when they’re ecstatic from their new car purchase. I should have trusted my gut and NOT bought this car when I saw how many bad reviews this place got. But here we are. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS. OLD REVIEW BELOW ! ngl, some of the reviews of this place sketched me out. I read them AFTER I was neck deep in my purchase. They asked for a review before I drove off the lot, but I decided to wait until I had some more data. Fair is fair. It’s been 4 months since my purchase of a Nissan Xterra (thanks Regina) — and the car has been great. I did find some things that don’t work in the car that would have been nice to know before I drove off, but that’s what you get buying a used 11 year old car. I’m a happy camper (literally) and have taken my car off roading, camping etc.. it’s held up great. No problems here 👍
