Very frustrating experience with Carvana. The financing verification process was not transparent. It was never clearly stated upfront that Uber income is not accepted, which led me to move forward with a purchase that could never be approved. I paid a down payment and a shipping fee, and initially was told both would be refunded if the deal did not go through. Later, they changed the information and refused to refund the shipping fee. I had to open a bank dispute to recover my money, which caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. Customer service was unprofessional, disorganized, and lacked empathy. This was not the transparent and customer-focused experience I expected.
Shouldnt even 1 star Carvana. Purchased a car a few years ago. Went well. Purchasing another car a few years later with ALL the same information and because I didnt answer one of the questions correctly (think it was what year one of my cars was when I was younger) the banned me for 30 days and wont let me buy the car. Then they continue to send me emails that if I dont complete my purchase before 28 days I will be reported to the credit agencies!!! So I chat with them, because they dont do phone calls, and I get the run around. DONT USE THEM!!! There are other options to buy online without the decay of sittinf at a dealer with a salesperson.
This place does not exist. There is not a carvana at this location
False hope of getting a car . Jump through third hoops and still didn't get a car . Was very mislead
